I think it would be cool to find an empty neighborhood in town and maybe all elendil members try to set their houses up there. Of course, this could become difficult if we get a large number of members.

Another idea sweatdrop I've noticed the rpg threads in the main forums and love the idea of it, but well, most of them are rather intimidating for me, like thousands of pages long, etc. I thought it could be fun to start our own guild specific fantasy rpg thread. I'm not really clear on the proper way to set one up, but I would be more than willing to work on one if everyone else is interested. Did I mention that I love RPGs? smile

Well we can start up a roleplaying section in the guild. just needf to work on the funds in the guild to set up a sepret section for the role playing.
ill donate bit by bit. as i make it daily should have one by next friday easily =)
think its 2500 for a new forum sub catogory

Awesome! About the gauntlet themed thing, I don't know anything about gauntlet. But you can still be a blue jester Hermos. mrgreen I'm sure I can come up with a story that will allow for one.

Contests sound great, but I'm drawing a blank on any right now. And that's awesome on the RP thread. I'm talking to larrypeppard about some ideas, because he is very creative and used to coming up with good stuff on the fly. I'm trying to get him to maybe start us up a story.

mrgreen Oky doky !! Suggesstions for competitions or contests... well... hmmm... ah !! I have one.. Towns already have weird things to collect, eh? And the games already offer tickets and prizes for those tickets.. and fishing offers its own rewards.. so how about in order to make more members active .. we have our own contest with our homes.. We love them and they mena so much for us to gather in, lets have our own Elendil Home and Garden Competitions. The Guild Leader can examine the homes once a month, whatever day is comfortable. The winner can have others meet at their place for guild meetings.. (something else I thought would be a good idea).. We really SHOULD have a formal guild meeting on a day when its convenient for the majority of its members. Then we can get together to talk about guild stuff for awhile, then other stuff as the guild leader sees fit, then everything he/she doesn't !! rolleyes ... something to think about. mrgreen

*Lightbulb flashes* Idea! With most of the games not working properly right now and such, fundraising has been limited mostly to selling daily chance stuff and running around towns shaking trees. Since most of us have probably been running around town anyway, why don't we have a trash collecting contest? Or bugs, flowers...you get the idea. mrgreen

i LIKE THE IDEAS SO FAR -mummble- caps lock. anyway i think we should have a few diffrent things to do together so ill continue to find some stuff that we can do =)
