 Chamber of Secrets
Please note that the Chamber of Secrets is forbidden to all students, as it is very dangerous.
The Chamber of Secrets is a legendary secret room constructed by Salazar Slytherin to house a monster which would finish his "noble work." This noble work would be accomplished when his true heir would open the Chamber and release the monster which lived within to rid the school of non-pureblood students. According to the legend, Slytherin and Gryffindor argued over whether to allow Muggle-born students into Hogwarts. When Gryffindor apparently won, Slytherin left the school, but not before building the Chamber. Over the centuries, many great witches and wizards have searched for the Chamber but none found it. It was not, however. The reason no one could find the Chamber is that it required someone to speak in Parseltongue to open its entrance, and this was a power which only a very few have ever had. Slytherin spoke Parseltongue and a thousand years later, his heir, Tom Riddle, also had that ability. Riddle spent several years discovering how to open the Chamber and when he did, he unleashed the monster on the school. The monster was a basilisk, which Tom could control since it is a great serpent and spoke Parseltongue as well. There were a number of attacks on Muggle-born students, ending in the death of Myrtle in a second-floor bathroom. The Chamber of Secrets is well hidden. The entrance is behind a sink in a bathroom on the second floor. There is a tiny snake figure scratched into the tap and when someone orders "open up" in Parseltongue, the sink recedes and a pipe appears. Sliding down this pipe takes one to an underground passage, probably located under the lake. There are bones of small animals here.The Chamber itself is a huge temple-like room with pillars and carved serpents. There is a massive statue of Salazar Slytherin at the far end from which the basilisk comes when summoned.

"Kir-ra, Sweet-heart." The sing song voice echoed in her mind.
She remebered that voice from somthing long ago in her memory. Almost trance like she took the third tunnel from the left. She didn't even notice the huge skins she was treding on.

Rowena followed Kirra, unsure of where she was going. She stepped on skeletons, nearly screaming when saw a cat skull. They treaded down and deeper into the dark damp place. An feeling of evil and despair invaded her head. This place wasn't right.

Then slomething glimmered at the end of the tunnel. "Rowena..look," She said pointing a long slim finger down dark dank tunnel. It waved and beconed. But then Kirra had a strange feeling that she was the only one who could see it. It was confirmed by Rowena's pale and frightened look.

Rowena couldn't see a thing, other than silvery cloud of smoke. Agrippina hissed loudly and jumped out of her arms, hissing loudly at the smoke.
"Get back here girl!" she ordered Agrippina. The cat ignored her and kept hissing and growling. What did she see?

Kirra started running. The figure did too. Suddenly she was slipping and sliding on a cold marble stone floor. Water was everywear and then-
CRASH!
She had tripped on the largest snake she had ever seen.

Agrippina followed after Kirra, sliding across the floor next to her. Rowena carefully walked in, casting a drying charm on the floor.
She looked at the snake. It was dead and had been for sometime. The gleaming white skeleton showing through the now translucent skin. It smelled horrifying, making the entire chamber stink.
"Disgusting," said Rowena, plugging her nose. Her hairless cat growled, still seeing something. She picked up the cat, wrapping her arms tightly around it.
Rowena held her wand in her fingers casting a drying charm on Kirra.
"Are you alright?"

The figure walked up to her nd leaned down to her, before dissapearing. She gasped , and sharted shaking. She tried getting but it felt like two ribs were cracked and her ankle sprained. As she tried getting up again, te wet floor caused her to slip falling again.
Her head cracked on the marble floor. And her crimson blood started mixing with the water.

Rowena gasped, she'd missed a spot drying the floor. She let go of Agrippina. Rowena then picked up Kirra, placing one arm on her shoulder.
"Lets go, I don't like this place, lets speak to Professor Lily, she might know a thing or two," said Rowena. She started walking out of the chamber, Agrippina only a few feet behind.

Illuminatus was walking through the castle when Esrath suddenly whispered in his ear, "Go that way. I sense another serpent, one that has been penned up for years. It's calling, begging for release." Esrath shuddered, and Illuminatus obeyed his wishes, ending up in a girls bathroom. He cast Esrath a scorching look, but followed his gaze to a deep chute in the bathroom. "What the hell?" He leaned over for a closer look, and promptly fell in. "ESRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATH!" He whirled down a dark slide, yelling at Esrath in a variety of languages before landing in a heap at the bottom. His cloak had obscured his face, and he fought himself free and stood up. Esrath coiled around his arm and shoulder. "Smooth. And go that way-" Esrath pointed with his nose to the main hall area. Two dark forms were visible up ahead. Who else was in this odd place? Teachers?

Kirra was about to go up to Professor Lilly when somethign inside her trembled. Her back immedatly straightened as she ran back to the chamber

"What," She snapped seeing the boy's figure, "Are you doign here?"

"Kirra!" She gasped when she saw fifth year student, Illuminatus.

Lily entered the chamber calmly. "Don't worry we'll take care of this." She said softly. "Lets not panic. Illuminatus please help Professor Kirra to the Hospital Wing." She added not wanting Illuminatus to be down here among the danger.
