This RP begins in an underground mase. The halls are filled with deadly traps and dangerous monsters. At the center of the mase is a map telling how to leave it.

Alendys remained silent. She had heard a sound. She stepped back into the darkness and surveyed the shadow that was slowly making it's way to her. She gripped her sword firmly.

((I know. That was just introducing the place, It's not an actual part of the RP.))
Lin walked through the corridors of the mase. She was completely lost, and she couldn't remember how she had gotten into this mase.

As the shadow grew closer, she could tell that it was a human, maybe an elf, she wasn't sure. The human or elf looked completely lost, frantically looking around. Any monster could easily spot her, she had to help.

Lin paused. She thought she had heard something. As she looked to see the source, something leapt out at her. She reacted instinctively, sidestepping the creature and kicking it toward the wall.

Alendys skidded and stopped right before she hit the wall. "Stop! I don't know if you're a friend or foe but if you continue to frantically move around like that, you'll set off traps!" As she said that, she placed down her other foot and there was a rumbling sound. A door fell open under her and shot arrows out from it. She was stabbed in the ankle.

Lin grabbed Alendys's wrist to keep her from falling. "I thank you for the warning, but I believe I can manage." "Now, if you'll excuse me for a second, I still have a little problem to take care of." The monster had gained it's feet and was charging toward them.

Alendys took out a bracelet and stared at it. Concentrating hard on the hair tie in he hair. she reached back and grabbed the tie and concentrated. Swords are magical beings that have their own personalities. If I dont get the right one, if I even get one, then I can't help. Please give me the guardian sword. She put the hair tie on the jewel of the bracelet and it turned into a sword hilt. Alendys pulled out the sword slowly and aimed it at the creature.

"Most impressive." Lin commented. "However, I can take care of this easily enough. you should see to your wound." Lin jumped onto the thing's had, landing lightly. She jumped again as it shook it's head, only to slam into the thing's neck with a kick.

Alendys dropped back and tended to her wound with Essence of Purity. Her wound went away but the pain was still there.

Lin walked up to the creature, examining it. "That should do." She announced. Then she turned to Alendys. "Who are you?" She asked.

"I'm someone who you shouldn't have met. I shouldn't be here. Please tell no one that you saw me here." with that, Alendys turned and walked away into the darkness.

"Hey, wait!" Lin called after her. She ran after Alendys. "It's not like I'm going to tell anyone." She said.
((Usually, the characters stay together. They aren't split up.))

"fine. Realize that your life is in danger after you make a pact with me though. And no, no one travels with this night elf unless there is a pact involved. Please understand that I mean you no harm but if you die along with me, I cannot take your body back to where it belongs..." Alendys turned around and walked back, halfway through the shadows, her eyes looking indifferent yet they seemed to pierce you as if she knew the exact soul that she was talking to.
