Endurance
Theivery!

"Don' know what we gon' do. Damn theif took everything we own or coul' own. Guess we gon' start from the beginnin' agin."

Small villages have been getting robbed left and right, of anything of any value whatsoever. This theif, or theives, has eluded every person out to hunt them down, and even got cocky enough to start scribbling a sign upon the richest house in every quiet town: The Shadow is rising.

The Shadow is, indeed, rising. Staying near a town one night, you find the town's mangled remains, along with The Shadow is rising. So, the villagers believe that you are involved. Whether you are or not, you need to clear your name, else these people might just kill you.

This quest yields 10 endurance points.

Physical Strength Quest
Landslide!

While staying overnight in a quaint little town on the backside of nowhere, you learn that things are not going swimmingly for all the town's residents. While you relax and settle in for the evening, a terrified mother comes running into the center of town, screaming about her children being caught in mud. The town's residents react, immediately picking up spades and and ropes to go help the two distraught young'uns. Out of curiosity, you follow.

What the mother neglected to tell the town was that the children were missing in about a one-square-mile area that was covered by a muddy landslide. The mud is deep and thick and quickly drying to hard clay. There is no sign of the children, and while the whole town is out in force to search, darkness is coming all too quickly, and the children will be trapped overnight. Do you run for help or lend a hand to help a child--or two-- in need? And how are they going to find the poor kids anyway?

Agility Quest
Fairly Odd Job

"Be a dear now. Just hop along into those woods and fetch me something some of those mushrooms there. That's a good young'un..."

An old lady healer is someone well-revered in a town, and this town is especially protective of their dear lady. She is in need of some mushrooms from the depths of the nearby forest and will gladly pay you for your time. Of course, you accept the job without question. Hey, who's going to protest making an easy coin or two, right?

Wrong.

Right before you enter the woods, a rather awestruck villager expresses their admiration at your courage, to go so boldly into the forest and pick the mushrooms that grow beside the little lake in the forest's center. It seems that the old lady forgot to tell you about the 'demon' that lives there. Whoops.

What do you do? Take the job and pray you don't awake the whatever-it-is.... or run for your life? It's up to you, but remember that jobs are hard to find out here in the wild...

Experience Quests

Quote:
The hunt

“Enid. Best place in the world for a Wyrm looking to bond, or just for a biped or two to amuse them. It’s a good place to be on the whole; plenty of water to drink, food to eat... Well you must have guessed there’s a catch to it. Beware the Hunt, element’s child. Not all the men and women of the world are awed by you and not all of them are weak or feebleminded either. Beware the Hunt of the yellow-stoned city and its blond haired men. They will chase you if they see you Wyrm and believe you me; if they catch you, you better have a plan and it better be a cunning one too.”

Explanation: Whilst traveling through the west kingdom you have been unfortunate enough to happen across a hunt which stars you as the main course as it were. With cheering, weapon wielding humans close behind you and thanks to a combination of magic armor, longbow men and a smattering of mages the odds against you. Naturally you now need to find a way to avoid being made into Wyrm steak.

What will it be? Fight, flight or a cunning plan?

Stuck On You

*Note, this quest must be undertaken by two roleplayers together and done in RP format in order to be completed.*

**Note, this is a universal quest (available to all)**

"And until you learn to work together, stuck together, you'll be! Now, get off my daisies before I turn /you/ into a daisy! Or better yet, a pair of pansies. That'll teach you!"

All right, so crossing that nasty old lady wasn't the best idea you've ever had. You'd been minding your own business and walking down the road when another of your own kind had startled you. Somehow, nasty comments turned to blows until the two of you were fighting like.... well, cat and dog, is probably the most accurate term. Somewhere in the middle of the fight, an old lady had turned up, and it turns out that the old lady was a mage. She'd gotten so sick of you bickering and trampling her patch of flowers that she'd set cuffs on the two of you, effectively cuffing one of your limbs to one of your opponents, and on a very short chain.

After a long lecture about the merits of getting along, the old lady told the two of you to beat it. One problem: you're still cuffed together. The snarky old mage informed the two of you that you're not getting apart until you learn to get along, and then she vanished, leaving the two of you outside beneath a gathering storm. To make things worse, you've heard that there's a rogue wyrm in the area, one with a very nasty attitude and a taste for blood. You're supposed to deal with storm and wyrm.... while cuffed to an idiot.

How the hell are you going to manage this?

Fishing

"Richest fishing spot along the river. The trout are large, the carp are plentiful, and the water isn't deep enough to be really frightening. Just... watch out for the teeth..."

Word travels throughout the wyrm community of the good hunting spots, and one particular travelling wyrm and his bonded told you of this spot here. It is a quiet, slow, part of the river. Really, it's closer to a deep, wide stream than a giant river, but the locals call it their 'river' nonetheless. Supposedly, it's the best spot for miles to get a good fishy meal.

You forgot to 'watch for the teeth', though, and now find yourself muzzle-to-muzzle with a water wyrm, the size of which makes you want to tuck your tail and run. What to do? The fish is so not worth the risk, is it?
