While we have yet to have any problems, I'd like to make a point to set up a thread for rules and other such things. We encourage you to make the most of this guild. We're anime loving convention fans too. We welcome suggestions and new ideas. But still, rules need to be set in place.
Rules!
1. Respect the moderators and your fellow Gaians. We're all here to have a good time and make new friends. This means insults and rude remarks have no place in our forums.
2. Arguments don't need to take up space in forums. Many of us are busy and don't want to have to sort through your arguing to get to the topic of the thread. If you have to argue, please, do it in instant messaging or pm.
3. PG-13 people, at maximum. There is no need for anything explicit, nor is there any need for excessive cursing. I understand many of you are older and feel you have a right to curse if you'd like. Don't abuse that right. I don't want every other word to be something foul or derogatory. Younger gaians are members too.
4. If you have a problem, PM a moderator. Chief-chan or Chibi Blinks tend to frequent Gaia more often than Destrucion Pancake, so one of them might respond to your problem faster.
Rules will be added as needed or as thought of.

Other such things!
1. If you have a question, ask. But before you ask the question, please look to see that it hasn't been answered yet.
2. Feel free to start a new thread. We welcome new ideas here. But again, make sure a thread hasn't been started for your topic.
3. While Metrocon and Megacon are generally taken care of for convention meet ups, we don't always organize meetings for the other conventions. If you'd like to organize a convention meet up, first make sure someone else isn't already planning one. Talk to one of the moderators. We're busy and we don't always have time to plan them ourselves, but we can tell you if one if being planned, or give you ideas on how to go about having one. We have tips, and general rules of thumb for planning a meet up.
