It's this guy, 星野保志雄, (Hoshino Hoshio, commonly known as "Hoshyan" in his Special class)) with the Weather Control ALICE. The weather gets affected according to his mood. If he's sad, it'll be raining, if he's happy, it'll be sunny, if he's gloomy, the sky will look gloomy as well and if he's feeling blessed, a rainbow would appear. It's no good.. so he has to wear something to control his ALICE. Apparently, he's wearing a mask all the time and he's not able to talk... he can only write if he wants to communicate something...
However, his Alice exists only as a child, so as his ALICE diminishes as he aged. Just like Mikan, he belongs to the Special Class. On the day that he was about to leave, his classmates from the Special class gave their ALICE Stones to him for keepsake. He accepted all of them, but Mikan's... That made Mikan cried a lot.. (could it be that he knew about Natsume's feelings towards Mikan, that was why he dare not did not accept? hehehe~)
On the last day of his schooling days at the academy, a rainbow appeared on the sky when his parents came to pick him up.
