I have decided to try and re-do the whole guild.

Things that I am doing differently and/or have changed
~I have moved the Yaoi and Yurie thread into the Hentai thread. I didn't think we needed 3 threads for our well loved perverts. (Its OK I am too)
~BUMP Contest - There will be a prize so start bumping.
~ I have made a guild Market to prepare for the upcoming 2% tax in the Marketplace.
~Sending PMs to every member of the guild and trying to recruit more.
~I am getting rid of old topics that no one has posted in in a long time.

Things that you can do to help
~POST!!! - In as many subforums as you can. The more you post the more interesting the conversations will get.
~Donate - Not to the guild but to me. I can't use the guild money to buy prizes for events. If you donate gold to me I can have more contests which will bring more people in. If you don't trust me enough, make your own contest in the contest subforum. We don't have a dice rolling one yet.
~Make your own topic. - People end up leaving because there isn't enough to do. You can stop this by making more to talk about.
~Invite your friends!!!
There is tons of stuff you guys can do to help the guild.
