Physical Description: Shizumasa is nothing more than the average looking teenage boy, just with a few perks attached. He's the average height for a thirteen-year-old boy, and has a thin physique with a slightly muscular build (though you couldn't really tell by looking at him.) Shizumasa's skin tone is a light shad eof auburn peach, and is as smooth as freshly woven silk.

A jungle of shaggy blonde hair sits atop of his head. He wears his hair in a messy fashion, having tangles and layers going in every direction. Most people find Shizumasa's eyes entrancing and attractive, for they look like two swirling pools of glowing aura. It isn't strange to have found yourself dozing off looking at his hazel eyes that glimmer in the sunlight like rare jewels. Other then on his head, Shizumasa is practically bald everywhere else, he has even yet to begin to grow peach fuzz yet. In short, besides his eyes he is an average looking teenage shinobi (though that isn't so average at all.)

Clothing: Shizumasa has two outfits that he wears for different occasions. The first one is the clothes that he was usually always seen wearing before becoming a Genin, and that he can be seen in anytime he is not doing anything that deals with his Shinobi Career. This would include: being at his apartment, doing chores such as grocery shopping in the village, or just taking walks to get some fresh air and think. It begins with a simple white cotton shirt, which is very thin; making it comfortable and cooling on a hot day. Over it he has on a slightly thicker sleeveless shirt which is bigger on him, and allows him to move around more silently (being one of the many small reason why he could move about the village almost unoticed.) This shirt is a dark orange and has a wide black collar. Finally he has on a pair of black shorts, which come to the end of his knee cap and a pair of black shinobi footwear.

Then there's his second set of clothing. This is currently his mostly worn outfit, being his Shinobi outfit of course. First, he has his Hidden Leaf Head Protector tied around his neck loosely, giving him enough room to breath and turn his head comfortably, but not so that it's flailing around and close to falling off. Shizumasa then has on a black shirt similar to the white shirt he wears in his other set of clothing, followed up by a black jacket. The jacket is big on him and zips up on the front, and also has a large collar that covers his mouth easily when he doesn't have his chin raised. A pair of black pants that end slightly above his ankles (making it easier to move aorund) cover the bottom half of his attire. He wears bandage wrap over his left thigh, and on his right he has the standard projectile holder, loaded with senbon.

Finishing up his attire he wears the standard shinobi footwear. Shizumasa also wears black gloves that cut off on the center of his fingers, and have metal plates on the back side of them. Though he usually doesn't like wearing black, he thinks that his shinobi clothing looks rather good on him. Additionally, Shizumasa also wears bandage wrapping under most of his clothes. This bandage wrapping looks like average bandage, but is fire-proof when he releases his chakra, therefore coming in handy when he uses fire-based jutsu.

Personality: Shizumasa does not have the most unique personality, but has many sides, making him complex in a sense. To begin, he acts like a stubborn teenage boy. Hormones are kicking in, giving him anxiety over things that would usually not bother him at time, or over a simple matter. He would also almost never admit to being wrong, even if he obviously is. He believes he is always right and can do no wrong. But Shizumasa is a being of logic and compassion too, and at times will admit he is wrong and take situations very seriously or as they need to be taken. Saying this, he is also very sensitive, taking comments and words personally, often over exaggerating things. Because of his hormones (and his typical demeanor) Shizumasa is easily confused when it comes to decision making and gets aggitated and angry when someone puts him down or insults him.

We cannot forget that he is also a man, and frequently his male instincts kick in, making him seem like a pervert. Though he doesn't take perversion to the extreme, Shizumasa has his moments and habits that may make girls very furious at him. He is also a procrastinating slacker and the class clown type of person. He might make mean jokes at times, making him look ignorant, but he is really only nervous or seeking out attention; seeming how he never got the attention he deserved during his childhood. But don't just say he's an a** and a peeping tom, he does infact have a nice side. Shizumasa cares for the people around him, and his village, though he doesn't have any friends or family. Most people don't see his caring, loving, kind hearted side because they brand him as an "a*****e, pervert, or delinquent" before actually getting to know him.

He is an ego-maniac, and self-centered, but this doesn't mean he looks down on people. Though he prefers to take the role of leader (which he is strong at doing), he is also a good follower and student. Shizumasa can follow orders perfectly without complaint, and loves to watch, listen, and learn. Most people take him to be an idiot, but the truth is he is actually an intellectual. Therefore, he is also quite tactical in battle, and prooves his worth in a fight, though he isn't the best tactician or fighter. Not to mention, during a fight Shizumasa would never give up, even if he is on the brink of death. In short, he is an all around good guy once you get to know him, and also a skilled shinobi, and ontop of that he is a slacking pervert who is also a juvenile deliquent.

Biography: Shizumasa was born into a very wealthy family, and to tell the truth, there wasn't a single shinobi in the family line. The Akiyama's were investors and lords (though not of the highest calibur.) His mother's side of the family were entertainers, clowns and circus folk who traveled the world, pleasing a different audience each week. They met eachother when his father went with his own father to the circus to buy it. Almost immediately the two fell in love; but what kind of match were they: the circus clown and the rich boy. Every night that the circus was in town, Shizumasa's father would sneak out and see her (he obviously didn't live in the Hidden Leaf.)

Alas, it was only a matter of time before something came in the way of their love. Both family's had discovered about their affair, and both were furious. His mother's family had hated the Akiyama's for trying to take the circus from them, and the Akiyama's looked down on them because they were poor circus people. So in the end there was only one thing to do, run. The two fled both familys and escaped to the Hidden Leaf Village, where they took residence. But they didn't know the difficulties they had to face, only being teenage lovers with some food stolen from the circus and only a purse of money taken from the Akiyamas.

Shizumasa's father started a Ramen Shop with the money he had, while his mother stayed home to watch over their apartment. At first, everything seemed as if it were going well. Business was great, their love was strong, and everyone was kind to them. Ater a year though, business for the Ramen Shop began to go down hill. His father didn't want his dearly beloved to find out about their financial problem, so he found a way he could get the money he needed: gambling. Every night he would close the shop early and go gamble away money he didn't have, but he soon found out that he wan't that good at the trade of a gambler, and found himself in more debt then he had begun in. Sadly, the game had become an addiction for him, and all together he closed down the shop, stopped coming home, and began to gamble away items and food. His wife became worried, and one day she discovered he had died in a fight over gambling one night, she was never able to tell him that she was pregnant.

Now she was an unemployed pregnant widow. She had to move to a smaller apartment so she could afford it with the small funds she stashed away from her husband in case of emergencies. She also began to pick up where he left off with the Ramen Shop. Though it still didn't get in alot of business, with the advertising skills she picked up while living in the circus, the shops business slowly grew, and soon it was one of the more crowded and wealthier shops in the village. During the following months, Shizumasa's pregnant mother bought a house for her and her coming newborn, but also began to become weaker and feel sick in the morning. She thought it was only normal morning sickness, but the symptems began to progress into something much more serious. However, she still worked at the shop and lived a normal life.

When she went into labor (which was a week before scheduled), the doctors discovered that she was seriously ill with a disease that Shizumasa never found out the name of. They told her that she was lucky if her baby lived, and more, if she lived. However, she remained strong and gave birth to a healthy baby boy, and she also survived. She forcefully convinced the medics to release her, and she left with Shizumasa in her hands.

Shizumasa was skilled when it came to acrobatics, he apparently inherited them from his mother's side of the family. He was also a quick learner and had a photographic memory, but was a dense child and a stubborn little brat. His mother was always busy at the shop, leaving little Shizun at home (at least once he turned about two-years-old.) Shizumasa was left alone, but he was smart and mature enough to not cause havok. He sat down all day until his mother came home to cook dinner, then he would go to sleep when she went to her night shift. One day, Shizumasa was extremely bored and left the house. He wandered the village, and saw many people and things, but the most interesting was the academy. He was only about four or five at the time, not being old enough to enter it. But he walked into the school and into a random class, there he was able to watch a lecture on Ninjutsu. At that moment, he knew what he wanted to do, he wanted to be a shinobi.

When Shizumasa was seven, the disease caught up to his mother and she died. This left young Shizumasa with a small fortune, a house, and a ramen shop. He sold the shop and the house, and was moved into a small apartment. He had the money his mother left him to live on, and he was watched by the village (they swore to watch him until he was old enough to watch after himself.) Shortly after his mother died he also enrolled into the academy, so he could fullfill his dream of becoming a ninja.

During his time in the academy, Shizumasa acted up for attention, and was the trouble maker, as well as the class clown. No one liked him, he was a deliquent and an outsider. He would usually skip class after a while, though he did it to keep his trouble making title, he really did it because he was sick of people being mean to him. Shizumasa heard that poeple said he wasn't raised right, and he believed them. He let people make him believe he was no good trash. When he was ten, he attempted to stop his streak and tried to be kind and polite to people, but no one would give him the chance. Some adults who knew his mother actually got along with him, though most dispised him because he would cause trouble at their shops. When he was eleven he failed his first try to graduate.

The entire following year he didn't even attend class, but trained on his own in the forest. That same year he didn't attempt to take the exam to graduate and become a Genin. When he was thirteen though, he returned and took the academy class. He slept through every class, yet passed every exam (having been through it all already.) When it came to the time to become a Genin, he did so, and passed in the top bracket of his class. This surprised most, though it didn't change their minds about him. Shizumasa looked forward to his life as a shinobi, and was determined to show that he could be the best.
