At some points i was going brain dead while i was writing this. All of it's in my journal so if you want to keep an eye out for another bit of this before i put it here, check there.
P.s. this is all because of a dream ihad and my friends asked me to keep writing. and YES there are typos, i'm just to lazy to fix them.
The story:
Kakashi was suddenly infront of Naruto as a snake toumgh shot through the trees and captured Kakashi. "Run Naruto!" Kakashi said before he was pulled awa by the toungh. Kakashi landed in a clearing, still tied up by the toungh that belonged to a huge green snake that stood in the clearing. Looking up at the snake, he flinched when he saw Orochimaru standing on it's head. "Orochimaru! What do you want with naruto?" He demanded. Orochimaru laughed a little and pulled some hair out of his face. "I was going to test a new jutsu on him, but i think you'll do much better." "Damn you!" Kakashi said and struggled. The snake's toungh tightened it's grip on Kakashi, causing him to wince. Orocimaru grinned and began t form handsigns as the snake began to eat Kakashi. As soon as Kakashi was swallowed, Orochimaru formed the snake handsign and said. "Mind Swallow Jutsu!" The snake dissapeared and orochimaru jumped into a tree. The smoke cleared and Kakashi could be seen laying on the ground, breathing heavily.
Orochimaru walked over to Kakashi and picked him up by his hair and stuck a strange paper tag to his chest. Kakashi yelled in pain as the tag was absorbed into his body. Orochimaru laughed again and dropped Kakashi as Naruto rushed into the clearing. Naruto look back and forth between Orochimaru and Kakashi. "Y-you b*****d!" He yelled, created a shadow clone and made the rasengan. "Die you b*****d!" He yelled and charged at Orochimaru. Suddenly Kakashi was standing beside Naruto, holding the wrist that had the rasengan in it, his head hanging down so his eye couldn't be seen. "K-kakashi-sensei, what are you d-doing?" Naruto said as Kakashi slowly lifted his head. Naruto's heart skipped a beat when he saw Kakashi's eye. It was wide open but it was compleatly white. "N-n-naruto...r-run.." Kakashi mumbled and suddenly threw Naruto into the air ad then jumped up and kicked him back dow to the ground. "Kukuku! It worked except Kakashi-kun still seems to have some free will." Orochimaru said as Kakashi landed next to him. Naruto was laying on the ground, shivering. "Kakashi-sensei..." He muttered. "He can't help you Naruto." Orochimaru hissed and both he and Kakashi dissapeared in a puff of smoke.
Some ninja that had been partoling had found Naruto were he had been laying on the ground crying. He was now in the Konoha Hospital, being treated for a few broken ribs. Tsunade was in his hospital room talking to him. "Just what happened Naruto? Can you tell me that." Naruto stared sadly at the ceiling. "Yeah I can tell you. I was being chased by this big green snake and then it's toungh shot out and began to follow me. Kakashi-sensei jumpd infront of me and he got captured instead. I found sensei because he had screamed. When i got to were he was i saw him on the ground and Orochimaru was there. I got made and did the Rasengan but Kakashi-sensei stopped me. His eye was compleatly white and he told me to run. He attacked me and Orochimaru said somthing about free will and they both vanished." Tsunade sighed and looked out the window. What the hell did you do Orochimaru? She thought an then left the room. About an hour later the rookie nine and team Gai were in Naruto's hospital room. Naruto told them all what happened. Everyone either looked shocked, sad or confused. Gai was standing in a corner looking horrified. "Gai-sensei, are you ok?" Lee asked him. "Y-yeah." He said and left the room. Everyone else left the room shortly after.
Meanwhile at Orochimaru's hide out...
Kakashi slowly awoke. He was, chained down in a bed. His memory suddenly rushed back to him and he struggled to get free, but all of his chakra was gone. Kabout came into the room just a few seconds later and looked at Kakashi and said. "You should be grateful Lord Orochimaru decided to use you for his experiment. He dosn't do this very often." Kakashi looked away from Kabuto and glared at a wall. "Oh don't be like that." Kabuto said and pulled off Kakashi headband. Avoiding direct eye contact with Kakashi, Kabuto forced hKakashi's left eye to stay open and dropped some liquid into the Sharingan. As soon as Kabuto removed his hand, Kakashi shut his eyes it pain and thrashed around for a little befre Kabuto created a few clones and held him down so he could inject Kakashi with some sort of purple liquid. Kakashi yelled as Kabuto injected the liquid and then stopped moving. The clones dissapeared and Orochimaru came in. "Have you fixed the little problem Kabuto?" Orochimaru asked and looked down at Kakashi. "For now. It will only be temporary though." "As long as it works Kabuto. No one has seen his face for most of his life you know. I think we should look." Orochimaru reached down and pulled down Kakashi's mask. Kabuto stared at Kakashi for a moment and then looked back up at Orochimaru. "I don't see why he hide's his face, it's a bit of a shame that he keeps it hidden." Orochimaru said and pulled the mask back up. They both left the room were Kakashi was being kept and walkd down the halls of the hideout. "Soon Kakashi the Sharingan Warrior will be mine to control." Orochimaru said as a snake came out of a room and followed them.
Naruto left the hospital two day's later. He had become very worried about Kakashi. A report had just come in about 4 ANBU found dead. The cause of death might have been Chidori. Sighing, Naruto went to the Hokage's office to recive a new mission. As soon as he walked in there the first thing he noticed were the people. Gai, Lee, Neji, Shikamaru, Ino, Hinata, Sasuske, Sakura, and Jiraya were all in the office. "Ah. Your finaly hear Naruto." Tsunade said and sat down in h desk. "I'll start telling you what your mission is now. As you know Hatake Kakashi was captured a few days ago. Naruto said that Kakashi seemed to under the effects of what might be a Genjutsu. Your mission is to search and retrive Kakashi. You are to split into two team and search these locations. Tsunade said and held up a map with two small xs on it. Gai, Neji, Ino and Sasuke will search this area and the rest of you will search the other area." Tsunade said pointing at each x. "You are dissmised!" As soon as Tsunade said released, all the ninja in the room but her dissapeared.
Back at Orochimaru's hideout, somthing bad is about to happen.
Kakashi woke up again and found himself laying in a bed. This time he wasn't chained down but his chakra was gone. Standing up he walked over to the nearby door and tried to open it. It slid open without a sound. Find a way out and get back to Konoha. He thought and darted out of the room and down the maze like hallways. Suddenly Orochimaru appeared in front of Kakashi. Orochimaru held up his arm and a few snake's shot out of the ground and tied up Kakashi. Before Kakashi could fall over, Orochimaru grabbed his throut and slammed his into a wall, cutting of his air supply. "You were trying to escape, wernt you?" He asked but all Kakashi could do was fight to breath. "You won't ever leave this place unless I let you." Orochimaru hissed and let go of Kakashi. orochimaru formed a few handsigns, and then looked Kakashi directly in his eye. Kakashi's heart skipped a beat as the genjutsu was placed on him. To Kakashi everything turned black and Orochimaru vanished. Kakashi stood up and looked around, suddenly Obito appeared infront of him. "Kakashi.. You let me die." He said and punched kakashi in the stomach. "You could've saved me! Why didn't you!" Obito yelled and kept attacking Kakashi. A few seconds later, kakashi could see Yonadamie and Rin with their backs turned. This continued for hours untill Kakashi finnaly gave up. The genjutsu released itself and Kakashi found himself back in the bed. Kabuto was there, injecting Kakashi with a few things. Kakashi just looked up at the ceiling as Kabuto did his work, a look of total defeat on his face.
Both teams of ninja had found an entrance to Orochimaru's hideout. After planning, Gai's team was the first to go it and begin their search. An hour later Jiraya's team found the other entrance and quickly went in. Each team split up into two groups, making four sperate teams now. The first group to find The room were Kakashi was laying, was Neji and Sasuke. The both rushed over to him. "Kakashi-sensei get up." Sasuke said and shook him. Kakashi just kept staring at the ceiling. "He isn't under the effects of any genjutsu but genjutsu is probably what made him like this." Neji said, looking at Kakashi with his byakugan. A few seconds later, Gai, Lee and Ino found the room too. "Kakashi! What are you doing laying there, You should be up escaping." Gai said in his usual tone of voice, but when Kakashi didn't respond Gai became worried. "Kakashi? Ino, you know medical ninjutsu right? Find out whats wrong with him." Gai said. "That won't work Gai-sensei." Sasuke said in a dull tone. "He's obviously been defeated mentaly. He might never respond to anyone ever again." Gai stared at Kakashi, a look of shock on his face. "We should at least get him out of here." Gai said sadly and picked up Kakashi. When they turned around Kabuto was in the doorway. "If you don't put him back, I'll have to kill you." Kabuto said and lifted up his right hand and it began to glow with chakra. "Lee." "Right Gai-sensei!" Lee said and quickly attacked Kabuto while the others made their get away. Lee kicked the walls and ceiling, causing them to collapse so Kabuto couldn't follow. Gai's group quickly met up with Jiraya's. "Dammit! How the hell could Orochimaru have done that to him?' Jiraya said after Gai explained what had happened. They all suddenly stopped as they noticed Orochimaru was ahead. "Trying to steal one of my greatest works are you? Well your going to regret having tried." Orochimaru said and pulled out another strange note. He was suddenly next to Gai and placed the tag on Kakashi. Gai attempted to kick Orochimaru, but he was too slow. Kakashi closed his eye and a small wimper escaped his mouth as the tag sunk into his body. "I hope your prepared to fight your best friend." Orochimaru said as Kakashi's eye opened. It was compleatly white again. He suddenly punched Gai in the stomach, causing him to fall over and drop Kakashi who vanished and appeared next to Orochimaru. "Dammit Orochimaru! What the hell did you do to him?" Jiraya yelled. Orochimaru laughed a little. "All i had to do was use a genjutsu of that little boy Obito telling him it was Kakashi's fault he was dead. I also had Yondamie and the other kid who was teamed up with him turn their backs on him. It was the perfect way to destroy his spirit." Orochimaru said ad laughed. "You b*****d!" Yelled Naruto and he charged Orochimaru bu Sasuke stopped him. "We have to make a plan stupid." He said as Nrauto looked at Kakashi sadly.
"I'm not sure if you noticed Sasuke, but we don't have time to plan." Jiraya said and looked at Gai and Neji. "You, Neji, i want you to take down Kakashi, Gai you go after Orochimaru." They both nodded and charged. Kakashi suddenly used Chidori and attcked Neji wth it. Neji barely managed to dodge it and had to keep dodging. Gai kicked Orochimaru who then dissapeared and was replaced by a snake that tied up Gai and sunk it's fangs ito his side. Shikamaru and Hinata began to help Neji while Jiraya killed the snake that held Gai. Somehow they all finaly managed to pin down Kakashi and Shikamaru used the Shadow Possesion jutsu untill they tied up Kakashi. They waited in the hallway for several hours untill Kakashi's eye returned to normal. Jiraya picked him up and they headed out of the hideout and back to Konoha. Tsunade healed all the damage she could but he remained unresponsive. "There isn't anything else i can do." Tsunade told everyone who had gone on the mission. "Cmon! There has to be somthing you can do!" Naruto said. "Shut up Naruto. There isn't a way. Either he has to get over whatever Orochimaru did or someone else has to snap him out of it." They all went back to their daily buisness as best they could.
For days, Kakashi was in the hospital and all attempts to get him back to normal had failed. Even threatening to burn all of his Icha Icha books didn't work. He had finaly fallen asleep, but it wasn't a very peacful sleep. Orochimaru was there in his dreams telling him over and over again to leave the village and get back to him at all costs. Kakashi woke back up and got out of the bed. Right outside the door were two ANBU gaurding the door. They were caught off gurad when Kakashi burst through the door and killed them both using Chidori. He then left the hospital, only having two more encounters with the ANBU. He quickly left Konoha and ran through the forest untill he was stopped by a large purple snake. The snkae hissed quietly and lead Kakashi to a hidden base.
By now someone had found the dead ANBU and had told Tsunade who immediatly sent out several search parties but all of them came back empty handed.
Kakashi sat in a dark room, chain to a wall to make sure any attempts of Konoha ninja to get him back would fail. Suddenly a bright light was turned on and three of Orochimaru's subordinate's came into the room. One of them was holding a tray of scrolls and another held a tray of drugs and needles. The third subordinate picked up a scroll and opened it up. Placing it against Kakashi's chest, another subordinate pinned it there with a needle. The scroll began to glow with chakra as the subordinate's applied liquids to the scroll. The scroll then suddenly sunk inot Kakashi. The subordinate's quickly left the room and the light turned back off.Kakashi began to yell and struggled to get free of the chains. A circle appeared on the wall behind Kakashi and glowed a deep purple. Three large snake's came out of the circle and wrapped oround Kakashi and bit his right shoulder, left side and left leg. The memory of the genjutsu Orochimaru had used suddenly vanished and Kakashi was his normal self. He began yelling it pain as the snake's venom ran through his blood stream. The three snakes vanished and Orochimaru walking into the room. "That venom isn't deadly, it just causes alot of pain." He said and watched Kakashi's blood drip to the ground. "What the hell are you doing to me." Kakashi said and tried to keep himself from yelling in pain. "You remember when I caught you. I said I was going to test a new jutsu. So far it's been succsesfull. All i had to do to compleat it was use a genjutsu to destroy your spirit. I have made you forget that genjutsu for now. Untill i need to use you to kill someone, I'm going to experiment on you and cause you pain." Kakashi's breathing became a little uneven as Orochimaru spoke. "Let me go!" Kakashi yelled and began to struggle against the chains. "If you can escape this room i might." Orochimaru said and dissapeared. The chain's vanished and the door dissapeared to. Kakashi ran over to were the door had been and began beating the wall. He even tried Chidori but it didn't even make a scratch. Kakashi fell to his knees and stared at the ground and smiled a little. At least it isn't Naruto who's here. That was his final thought as he fell over, unconsious.
Naruto sat in his apartement, staring at his photo of team 7. Putting the picture down, he covered his eyes as he started to cry. Everyone else was out patroling while Tsunade had ordered Naruto to stay at home. "Dammit! Why can't i be out looking for Kakashi-sensei!" He yelled and threw the table that was in his room against a wall. He fell onto his bed and burried his face in his pillow and eventualy fell asleep.
Kakashi awoke suddenly and looked around the dark room. He shivered and noticed the wounds the three snake's had left had dissapeared but their venom was still causing him pain. Ever so often the pain would become unberable as he sat gainst a wall, trying to think of a way to get out of the room. Eventualy he opened up his left eye and looked around with the Sharingan. He sat there for a few moments trying to figure out what he was seeing. He finnaly realised he was acctualy caught in a genjutsu. Orochimaru probably used it when he came into the room. He thought and stood up. He cut off the flow of chakra to his brain for a moment and the genjutsu was vanished. He opened his eyes and found he was in a large tube filled with greenish liquid that glowed with chakra. ( the tube looks like one of those you see in a scifi movie some times ) He also noticed that he had wires attached to him that led up to the top of the tube along with an oxygen mask that covered his mouth and nose (he is wearing pants so don't get any funny ideas ). He then turned his attention to what was outside the tube. There were several of Orochimaru's subordinate's around the machine, observing macine's and other things. One of them walked up to the tube and type somthing into the keyboard that was on the fron of it. The everything attached to Kakashi came off and went up to the top of the tube while Kakashi fell to the bottom as the liquid drained out. Three subordinate's retreived Kakashi as the glass tube raised up. He decided not to fight them and let them take him to a room and lockde him in. It was a large room that appeared to be empty. Kakashi walked to the middle of the room and several sound nin jumped down from the ceiling and charged at Kakashi
Kakashi jumped up into the air and used a fireball jutsu, killing a few of the ninja. Suddenly, shuriken and kunai began to fly towards Kakashi. A few cut him as he dodged them and killed more ninja. Slamming into a wall he noticed all his wounds had dissapeared. "What the-" He said and then had to duck as a ninja tried to punch him. Kakashi picked up a kunai and quickly killed the ninja and ran up the wall. Opening his sharingan eye, he used the earth dragon jutsu, killing all the ninja in the room. Shutting his left eye, he dropped off the wall and sat against the wall. He suddenly heard someone clapping slowly and picked up a kunai. Orochimaru suddenly fell from the ceiling and landed in the middle of the room. He clapped three more times as he walked up to Kakashi. "Your better than i thought, but now you'll be even better because of my experiments." Kakashi suddenly charged at Kakashi, aiming the kunai at Orohimaru's heart. Orochimaru smirked and grabbed Kakashi's wrist and twised his arm behind his back. "Do you think this will work." Orochimaru said and threw Kakashi at a clone that was attacking from behind. "Face it, your going to be stuck here forever. Don;t worry, you won't be alone for very long. I'm going to get Sauske very soon." Orochimaru said as Kakashi backed away from him. "I'm going to get out of here whether you like it or not." kakashi said as Orochimaru's subordinates came into the room and chained Kakashi's hands behind his back and took him out of the room and strapped him down on a table and began to run tests on him.
Several hours later, the tests were complete and Kakashi couldn't stay awake any longer. Orochimaru and Kabuto stood next to thetable were kakashi lay. "Orochimaru-sama, the test's show that your jutsu is still in effect but it's weakening. Pretty soon the tags won't work anymore and you'll have to use the jutsu again." Kabuto sad looking at the test results. "I don't think that will be a problem Kabuto. Things are working out better than i thought." Orochimaru said with a chuckle and walked out of the room. Kabuto kept staring at Kakashi. "What does he mean going better than he thought?" he muttered to himself and left the room.
The last patrol that had been searching for Kakashi came back vary late the next night. They had some information but they said they had seen a large area of trees being cut down by sound ninja, but they didnt know what for. Tsunade planned to send two teams in the morning to investigate that area and try to figure out if Orochimaru was behind it.
Gai, Lee, Neji, Kiba, Jiraya, Naruto, Shino, and Shikamaru left Konoha early in the morning and made it to the area the sound nin were spotted by late afternoon. They kept their distance and had Neji use his Byakugan to look at the area. "They've cleared out all the tree's in a 2 meter area and have set up a metal platform in the center. Wait, something's coming from the other side of the area." Neji said as he spotted a small black carriage coming from the other side of the area. "What is it Neji?" Jiraya asked and looked down at Naruto who was become angry. "A carriage. It's hard for me to see inside but I think Kakashi is in there with four other people."
The carriage stopped next to the metal platform and two medical nin got out of it, carrying an unconscious Kakashi. They were followed by Orochimaru and Kabuto. The two nin set Kakashi on the metal platform and metal snake's shot out of it, holding Kakashi a few inches above the ground.
Gai, Lee, Neji, and Kiba left to circle the area while the rest of them went the other way. Orochimaru suddenly summoned a huge snake just as Kakashi was beginning to wake up. Akamaru whimpered as he smelled the snake and hid in Kiba's jacket. "What's wrong boy?" Kiba asked and smelled the air. "Aw jeeze what the?!" Kiba said and activated the long range communicator. "Something big's been summoned. Watch out." He said and looked nervously at Akamaru.
Kakashi stared up at the snake, confused. What the hell? Oh yeah, Orochimaru. He thought and looked down at the ground. The snake hissed and opened it's mouth wide and sunk it's fangs into the metal platform. The snakes holding Kakashi came back to life and began to move around. They began to glow a dull purple and bit into Kakashi. "Move now!" Jiraya said with the communicator and summoned Gammabunta who killed the huge snake and glared down at Orochimaru. Everyone else began to kill the other ninja as Orochimaru simply smiled and watched Kakashi. The snake's began to bit Kakashi one by one and disappeared. This left Kakashi on the ground bleeding. Gammabunta threw his sword down at Orochimaru but he vanished along will all of his ninja. Gammabunta also disappeared and everyone ran over to Kakashi. They quickly took him back to the village were he was treated and put in a special medical room for holding potentially dangerous people.
Kakashi woke up and looked around the room he was in. It looked like a normal hospital room except the walls were whiter than usual. He tried to get out of his bed but found he couldn't move his legs and could barely move his left arm. He looked over at the door and a nurse came in with a wheelchair. "Your awake Kakashi-san. I didn't expect that." The nurse said as she put the wheelchair next to his bed and checked the medical clipboard. "Can you tell me whats going on here?" Kakashi asked her. "No but I'm taking you to Tsunade-sama so she can tell you. The nurse said as she set down the clipboared and lifted Kakashi out of the bed and put him in the wheelchair and took him out of the room. Am i really back in Konoha? He thought and stared down at the floor.
The nurse left him in a small office were Tsunade was sitting in a chair. "So, do you know whats wrong?" Kakashi asked. "Yes, and it's very serious. Orochimaru poisoned you and whatever it is, is attaching to your nerves, blocking the electrical signals. If it keeps spreading at th rate it is now, you'll be dead next week." Kakashi sighed and stared at the ground. "I only have one more thing to say. Orochimaru also left a message. He says he will give you the antidote if you agree to serve him." Tsunade said with a grimace. "I'll do it. If i do, I'll might have a small chance of killing Orochimaru or Kabuto." He said and looked up at Tsunade. "Fine, I'll take you the the meeting place." Tsunade said and pulled Kakashi out of the wheel chair. She quickly ran out of the hospital and to the top of the Hokage Building. There, Orochimaru and Kabuto were waiting. "Have you decided to come with me?" Orochimaru asked. Kakashi hesitaed for a moment and then said. "Yes." "Very well. Kabuto, give him the antidote." Kabuto pulled out a syringe ful of red liquid and quickly injected it into Kakashi. Kakashi felt an odd tingling feeling and was able to move his legs and left are again. He had Tsunade put him down and walked over to Orochimaru. He stared sadly out at the village as He, Orochimaru, and Kabuto dissapeared.
