In the comics, there is a old new character (a 'new' character who is in the past) who seems to be a bad guy for Claude and his old partner before HRG and him were the crime fighting duo. The character's name is Fusor. At first Fusor was thought to be a male, but actually turned out to be a slick black haired female. The reason they are after her is because she has the ability to suck the H2O out of her victims, meaning complete dehydration.
Now, the comic takes place in Paris, the land of the French. The lady they are after, "fusor", seems to have short, black hair, and a cold face. Mrs Petrelli has the same characteristics, and as well, speaks french.
So now I'm thinking Mrs. Petrelli is actually Fusor the terrible! Any speculations upon this?

Fusor's ability was turned onto herself at the end of that comic, and she was turned into dust. It would be a good theory if she wasn't dead.

I read that Angela's power allows her to get places faster than Nathan can get places. I think she can Astral Project

No I have to disagree. I've been wondering for ages now what Mrs Petrelli's power might be however after watching episode seven of season two I think she has the opposite power to the Haitian and that she can actually help give memory back to people (kind of like a muse) Thats my theory anyway

Peter's first power is precognitive dream ( he dreamt that Nathan was involve in an accident) .. maybe Angela's power is that? Peter has the empathic mimicry.. and that power came from someone close to him.. so maybe Angela's power is precognitive dream.

Besides when you watch the beginning episodes of Season 3 she tells Peter that that was his first ability (that he absorb).

Angela Petrelli along with Hiro's father can see into the future and see the outcomes. While Angela just has visions about anything, Hiro's father zones in on something, such as stocks and predicts the outcome. Which is how he became rich.
