Some of the comments I've seen on the petition seem concerned about abuse of the reporting system by users who are trying to nail another user out of spite. Is there a way that if an offense is reported, it can be verified? Like, if someone sent a PM or a trade offer, and it was an obvious scam (or the user receiving the PM/trade was actually scammed), would that suffice as "proof"? It's one thing to accuse someone who may appear to be a scammer, quite another to have the evidence to back it up.
