Well lets see, where to begin?
Well the uniform is relatively simple in nature:
-Blue shirt
-Black and/or blue pants/shorts/skirt/kilt/ect.
-Comfortable shoes
But that doesn't mean that its strict and you can only wear what I put above. You can add anythin' to your uniform AS LONG AS ITS NOT RED!!!
The only exceptions to the "No Red" rule is hair, we aren't gonna kill you cause you were born with red hair, eye contacts, pins, or jewelry.
Remember, the only time you have to wear blue army uniform is during a special event [Otakon for example]. For those that are cosplayin', its okay if you're wearing red, we've had Alacaurd and Vash sign up for Blue Army!
So there you have it. A uniform for all you Blue Soldiers!
I'll be happy to answer questions regarding the uniforms.

I'm partial to the state alchemist uniform being the official dress of the Blue Army, but anything blue works just fine for me.
me and my buddy are actually working on some akatsuki cloaks that have blue clouds instead of red (thanks diuske for the idea!) and my friend might get an ed costume with a blue jacket instead of red! XD its pretty cool, reminds me of changing the colors for characters in street fighter for the first time ^^

i'm so happy that were going a head with the idea and the variant colors of other charicters that have red, next year is gonna be fun.

oh you guys wait till next year, im going as a minion from Dr. Cubes army. lol. they have blue/sea green/blue scrubs. its an ocean color. I guess its bad that my name was Red orcaMoon. lol heh not my fault my RP character was named that by her mother. her mother is a ditz and has a lot of blue stuff. plus my character and her mother are always fighting.
ok my question. what if your name happens to be Red? ninja

hmm, i just happened to notice that alot of people in the pics had tripp pants. i have no idea why i didnt pack mine for the trip XD they have blue trim on them and all that. i seriously think though that those should be the "official" pants of the blue army. plenty of places to hide things like fliers and kunai knives XD

it sez tight cloths so you cant get grabbed :P
