Okay, this is just an RP of Angel, and it takes place a month or so after the giant battle at the end of season 5. It's pretty much based on the show except for a few things: A)Wesley didn't die! Illyria got in a few seconds earlier and saved him. yay! B)Buffy has spent a year going around to tons of hellmouths and closing them with a spell Willow cooked up. So a bunch of cities lay in ruins cause their hellmouths are gone. C) Cordelia's still alive and she's not evil...i hated that entire spin. D)CONNOR NEVER HAPPENED! that was one of my least favorite aspects of the show. So i'm taking it out. Darla never got pregnant. She didn't stake herself to make him be born, he wasn't taken by Holtz to quar-toth, and angel didn't erase his friends memories. This may make it a little difficult due to the fact that connor was a huge part in the series, but i'm sure we can make due.
So, the premise is: The big battle that angel and company fought, or were about to as the series concluded, that was just the first wave. The senior partners are waging fullscale war against the forces of good. In fact, they're opening up a HellVoid... a rip throug reality thatacts as a link to thousands of hell dimensions. So it's basically a hellmouth in the sky. It's too much for angel and crew. But have no fear, buffy's here! After closing hundreds of hellmouths, buffy and her gang think it's high time to help out in L.A. So it's the whole crew... together at last... again... plus more.
Cast of Characters: (You can be these people, or make up your own character) Angel Gunn Spike Cordelia Illyria Wesley Buffy Xander Willow Dawn Giles Faith Kennedy Andrew Principal Wood (I don't remember his first name) Oz (crap load of other slayers) ...(new characters)

Amy sighed, wondering when her seemingly endless torment would end. She would rather be out killing something, or even in hell, but no. She was stuck in the worst possible place imaginable. She was sitting between The Epitome of Darkness and the rising terror of Destruction. The fiery gaze of her tormentor turned to her once again, overlooking the crowd of evil around her. "Amy, what is the square root of 31684?" asked the stern, angular man at the front of the classroom. She looked at him, quizzically, trying to stare him down, seeing if he'd back away. He stood stock-still, awaiting her answer. When she realized her tactic wouldn't work, she leaned back in her chair, trying to look confused. "Um..." she feebly replied. The teacher shook his head and sighed, turning to someone else. Amy looked beside her at The Epitome of Darkness. His long black hair was streaked with purple, and was covering his left eye. He twitched his fingers, scratching at the desk with his pitch-black nails. He changed positions in his chair, trying to get into a more comfortable spot, and the chains hanging from his pants gave out a loud jingling. A giggle came from the other side of Amy. She turned in her desk to see Destrucion trying to contain his laughter, jiggling his desk with his movements. He seemed squished into the tiny spot, barely fitting and ready to pop out at any moment. His immensity was so great, as he giggled, the room seemed to bend at the seams. Amy threw her head back in anguish. Why, Hecate? she thought to the Goddess. Why am I here, when I could be devastating the forces of evil? There was a coarse buzzing as the clock stuck 3:00, and everybody in the class stood, gathering their things and heading for the door. Amy had a different plan. She quickly slipped out of a window, unnoticed by all, falling to the ground from the second story. She quickly stood and ran away, heading towards her apartment.

Kitti stood at the door of Black Books, the store he owned, staring down the twenty-or-so-year-old menuloading WAY more books than he had ordered. he held the back of his hand to his nose, making it look like he was itching it- he wasn't. his nose was excrutiatingly more sensitive than a humans, so all he could smell was a cocktail of: sweat, cheep cologne, greesy hair, the morning bin collection and, oddly enough, the faintest possable wiff of vampire... the first of the four men (he'd counted while analyzing the repulsive stench) had carried the first four crates and popped them on a little two wheeled trolly, and was now heading to go in the store. best follow... I can't stand this smell! the man tipped the trolly slightly forward leaving a neat stack of four in its wake. within a few seconds more had come in more crates, more men, more City-fart. 'why, are there so many boxes?' he said in a low pur of an Anglo-canadian accent. 'the rare books that you ordered are stored in a box each, some have leaflets for orderable books, others are the freebies from cirtain companys wanting you to order more of that book...' the trolly man said getting back to work again. Kitti nodded and made some coffe for the workers thinking one thing all-the-while: ooohhh! freebies!

Amy entered her apartment, dropped her keys on the ground and closed the door behind her. She unloaded the backpack from her person, then reached her arms into the air, stretching. She yawned and flopped onto her bed, wishing the day could go by quicker. She was always bored during the day, and only happy when the stars shone above, prompting the presence of the Dark Pestulance known to her as vamps. Having nothing better to do, she reached into her backpack and pulled out a class requirements sheet for English. Pride and Prejudice marked the top of the list and made Amy give a low-spirited groan. She didn't even own it. She stood and went to her window, leaning on the sill and poking her head outside. Down the street she could see a sign marking a bookstore. Black Books, she read. Well, if it says books, I'm sure they've got to have Pride and Prejudice. Supposedly it's a classic. She grabbed a handful of money from her sock drawer and left her apartment, making her way to the store.

Kitti was in the front of the store, puting away the last of the new deliveries. the rare book where at the back of the store and the order forms 9which where more like catologues) were near the door. when the last copy of moon called away he sat down on a chair in the reading area with a mochalatte and purred. it was barly audiable to humans but he was happy so he didn't care wether anyone heard him. 'well, not been that bad a day today... just two hours till closing.... huh.' he closed his eyes and sat, head back, on the sofa relaxing.

Amy entered the store, sounding a small bell perched above the door. She looked around, trying to to be intrusive. There was no one at the clerk's desk, but a thin brunette boy in his teens sat relaxed on the sofa. He was sipping a mochalatte, and making a strange cat-like sound. Amy cleared her throat and took a step towards him. "Um..." she began. "Are you the owner?"

((okay, i can't help it, but when you posted that last part, i immediately thought: "demons and vampires, that's exactly what she's been doing." sorry, i've spent all day around forty-six perverts, with every other line as "that's what she said". it will take a couple of days to wear off))
Amy looked around the shop, trying to reformulate her question in her mind. "Do you have any classical literature here?" she asked. There was a tiny sound coming from the boy, like he was sniffing her. She turned back to face him and looked at him quizzically. "Um...something along the lines of..." she paused, trying to figure this guy out. "Something by Jane Austin? Pride and Prejudice?"

She smiled. So this was another phony magic book shop. So few people knew what they were dealing with these days. "You'd better be careful about what you sell," she said. "Vamps and demons aren't as made-up as you think." She sighed, then thought a moment. "Why don't I take a look at what you've got?"

"feel free..." Kitti purred, he went behind his counter and picked up a hefty volume bound in leather in one hand and said "i know a book that may interest you... it's called, the slayer. 'to each generation a slayer is born...' i wonder who writes these?" he thought aloud looking at the authors name: Dawn. huh.

"Slayer?" she laughed. "Sounds like some sort of cult. What, do they worship the Lord and use his 'mighty' wrath to vanquish evil?"

Amelia laughed. "Yeah, right," she muttered under her breath. The real sound was like a small scream as they exploded in a cloud of ashes, their skeletons remaining for a second before joining the pile of dust on the ground. Whoever wrote this book, had no idea what they were talking about.
