Residents of River clan, you are invited to a costume ball, to be held in Wind clan (ball subforum) from the dates of august 16th through the 20th.
This is to promote the feeling of well being between the clans and kick of a tournament off. The tournament will be an informal affair and combatants must request a bout between each other and meet in the designated arena.
We request that clan rivalries be put aside for these events.
