Bio : After the death of he 8th Hokage, Niku was put up on the post of Hokage by family defaut, even though he was only a chunin. Niku blames the Uchiha clan for his due to them spawning the ungrateful Uchiha Hiru. Although he loves Konoha, he is very neglectfull to being Hokage but will barely eer leave his office. He also has a grdge towards the Telum family for Ryuzaki Telum and the crimes he commited which caused Niku's father strain and angst which lead to Niku being ignored. Equally, He has much respect for Hosagi Telum as the only person he can really speak to.

Ukiyo takes a deep intake of air, then focusing chakra into her air way and lungs, she 'boosts' them then letting out a sharp scream, plus the chakra boost, makes a loud high pitch sound in the targeted area, paralyzing the target as long as she uses this jutsu~ Animals Blessing: transformationUkiyo is able to mimic a body part on an animal, such as the eyes, wings, tail, claws , etc. though it may seem like a transformation jutsu, it's not, actually turning the user's body parts into the actual thing though it takes alot of chakra to maintain the body part~ Corrupted Wolf: summoning technique Ukiyo use a summoning jutsu, but when the summoned animal comes (in this case a pack of 6 wolfs) they are twice their normal size and seemed to be made of a sludge, tar like substance that drips everywhere, seeming to have come from the demon world with their eyes alight a bright lit red~ Dragons Rain Ukiyo lays down some traps of projectile shuriken and kuni, all of them aiming for one point in the sky, when triggered by her nin-dogs, Ukiyo jumped up to above that targeted point and when the weapons reach it, she throws a single fuma shuriken encoded with her chakra, making all he kuni and shuriken follow it towards the new targeted area each one encoded with chakra~ Hells FireUkiyo thrusts her hand into the ground, and using a fire jutsu, send fire tunneling under ground only to shoot up out of the ground in random area in big torrents
later the hole's can be used for a planed attack with this jutsu~ Heavens Blast Ukiyo starts this by circling the target getting closer and closer, and speeding up as she get closer until she's right in front of it, then doing the hand sign's quickly she preforms a very quick and strong uppercut sending them flying into the air, though the jutsu itself sends an extremely strong gust of air that sends the target way farther and tear's the target to shreds,

He was 3 years old when his older brother Ryzaku was banished from the Telum Clan and Konohagakure, at this age Hosagi had no idea. After his brother was banished his parents began to train him, train being the lighter word used, t was more of a torture the amount of training that he had to do. Soon it was his father only training him as his mother gave birth to another son. One day Hosagi was told by his parents as he was being trained around the age of 9 that he had to protect Myon with his life and make sure he grew up happy, he was also told the full story about his brother and understood his purpose in life. Soon enough Hosagi was given a new mission which was to help newly graduated Genin becoming stronger, the cell he was given included and Hakira a Inuzuka and his brother Myon. Hosagi has noticed a change in his brothers actions towards him since him joining his cell, but feels like he has nothing to do with it, but he can see him growing happier without him, but thanks to the two cell mates. Hosagi is still however waiting for the day of which he can fulfil his destiny and let everything that has happened go. She now ‘cheerfuly’ refers to her training as ‘the training from hell’ and even though she doesn’t really mind now, she still wishes she didn’t have to go through it all. She doesn’t know much about Hiru, except, the Hokage hates him and that Hiru is from the Uchiha clan. Other Info : Hosagi is one of the few people Mikara can stand to be around wether or not she has feelings for him… well, she doesn’t tell anyone if she does.

Just after that they noticed for a while how much stronger the baby was for a while. A few incidents happened like this and they went to get it checked. After they relised what was going on they relized this child was not normal. They made him always wear gloves to avoid touching people. Valor Strike [rank two]: Requires 'Valor Strike [rank one]' to be active. This ability fires a shot of non-elemental chakra some times in a beam, scattered shot, or a scythe like attack depending on how the user handles it. Controlability of this attack how-ever is quite hard. Valor Strike [rank three]: Requires 'Valor Strike [rank one]' to be active. This attack creates a serpent-like figure of chakra. The user is almost always stationary durring the feat given the intence consentration and amount of chakra used to use the ability. The user can control the motion of the serpent by moving the weapon along with using his or her mind. Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Ice Release: Ice Dragon Blast (( Doesnt learn this ability till later on )) Tri-Serpent Attack: The three serpents from 'Water Release: Water Dragon Blast', 'Ice Release: Ice Dragon Blast', and 'Valor Strike [rank three]' combined into one giant serpent. This attack is a huge strain and is a last-last-last resort. -Genjutsu ~ Serpents Rising: For this jutsu to work there needs to be a pool of water beneith both the user and the victem and the pool must be connected. This is how the genjutsu is activated rather then a point of a finger or Eye contact. In this jutsu the water beneith the victem has small serpent like creatures come from it. These creatures bind the legs and arms of the victem and begin weaving their way in and out of the body of the victem, through skin flesh and bone. -Taijutsu ~ Back water kick/ Kohona wirlwind Great Blade Fissure: Jams his sword into the ground, creating a gaping crack in the earth. Blade Storm: Spins around at a great speed with his blade held outward, like a spinning top. Weapon : Giant blade Equipment : regular stuff Bio : Kai lived happily with his mother and father for many years. He was very sociable with his peers but was some what saddened by the fact that he, unlike most of his friends, had no brothers or sisters to play with. His parents picked up on this and had their second son Masaru. Kai was over-joyed to have a new brother and then was even more so when he found out that his mother was again pregnant with another sibling. A few months shy of a year later Kai was crushed when his mother died while giving birth to his second brother Katsu. He never blamed his brother for her death but became cold and anti social. He spent all of his time from there on training, day in and day out, work work work. Then years later his father was sent out on a mission. His father assured Kai and his brothers that he wouldnt be long before he came back. He told Kai that he was in charge and gave him a special family scroll before he left. The scroll was one that he had written off explaining how to use the 'Valor Strike' abilities. While he waited for his father to return he continued his training, going out on small missions throughout the town to buy food for the rest of his family. He was then informed not to long later that his father was M.I.A. and declaired to be dead. From there he was even more so devistated becoming even more anti-social. He trained even harder then before from there on. It wasnt long before he was a jounin, then an anbu officer. A few years later he was sent to Kohona as back-up muscle for the anbu unit there, seemingly a gift from Kiri to kohona. Other Info :

After his graduation he was put into a team group and soon enough had mastered the Sharingan level one, putting him at a great advantage, but compared to other Sharingan users even he now felt something different about him. Although the sharingan allows you to read your opponents moves and to copy their jutsu's, however he felt that he could see their moves even before they had moved compared to an ordinary sharingan which allows you to see the move half way through the attack. Within a year of graduating from the academy he became a chuunin and soon enough got his sharingan to level 3 by the time he was jounin, he also joined the ANBU Black Ops for a short while where on a mission the cell members he was in who were also his team back when he was at the academy, well one at least. The person he had called his best friend, on a mission in Otogakure while tracking down some missing-nin who had down a raid on Konohagakure the night previously, the shinobi proved to be to strong for the 3-man cell team and the first member was killed leaving the two friends, who brought their skills together and were able to triumph over the missing-nin. However during the fight his friend was seriously injured and was near death and was only suffering in pain, with his last breath he asked for Kouin to let him rest in peace, doing as his friend wanted he killed him allowing him to rest in peace. As this happened one of the missin-nin got back up and tried to attack Kouin as he mourned over his friend, it was at this moment his Magenkyou Sharingan was activated and the shinobi was beaten to only blood and bone. Returning to the village the present Hokage being the 7th feared for the villages well being because of Kouin's control of time, explaining this with Kouin he explained his Magenkyou's power which allowed him to set a barrier around him and the opponents that he sets his view on. In this barrier he slows time down and uses an astro-projection type ability to keep himself moving in the time barrier at a normal speed allowing him to attack the people caught in his sharingan. Understanding the power he had and why the Hokage was concerned he agreed to certain terms, he was locked up in the basement of the Hokage building and chained up in the position of his Magenkyou ability floating in mid-air in a crucifix position. He spends his time training through meditation, he's only allowed to be released if he feels fully controllable with his Magenkyou Sharingan or if the Village is in real need.
