So, I have a laptop... it's new to me, but it's actually a pretty ancient machine. Buuut... it has worked well. HOWEVER, just recently... the right mouse button for the laptop pad stopp working! I've switched it to left-handed mouse so I can use the left button for my "right-clicking".
But... I am upset. It's an old Compaq. It can't be a settings thing. It's got to be a "mechanics" thing. Can I fix this myself or must I take it in?
Also... I have a brand new external hard drive for the laptop... and I am having some issues setting it up. Which is entirely annoying... since I am computer savvy. D< This laptop is frustrating me.
External hard drives, anyone? D:

The mouse on my old HP laptop sort of gave out on me a while back. I bought a cheap $5 mouse to use instead of struggling with the non-responsive built in one.
I really am no good with hardware. The best I can do is remove the casing of PCs to do some spring cleaning with a can of air lol. (And I still haven't figured out how to open my god forsaken laptops..)
I wish I could help you out though! Good luck figuring out that external hard drive <3
edit:
@Fuu-rasa
That happens with my HPs a lot. It's fecking laaame ):
Thank God my sister knows more about that stuff than I do, otherwise I'd be comp-less for the rest of my life ; A;

The only thing tha pisses me off is when COX don't work right.

All through high school we used Macs too.
They are pretty easy to use as long as you know the shortcuts.
