Because when I find a good anime I just download the subbed version on the internet. People make fun of me for watching Naruto (Actually Naruto: Shippuden now, it's like DBZ to Dragonball) because it's so freaking lame in America, but if they didn't censor it, it would have to be on adult swim, and they would still have to censor it some on that too. But violence and cussing doesn't make it more mature (I guess it kind of does), but he doesn't say "Believe it!" like a dumbass. He also doesn't have an annoying voice. And he looks a million times cooler, I like the manga better than the show though.

Because most people totally lack self control. But there are also a lot of people in the world, probably states that there are a lot of people who don't rub right with others. Thats were violence comes in. And people who are good at leading and hate everyone else become representatives and lead people to blind violence.
