Purpose: The 4th Division is the Healing Division of Gotei 13. Without us the losses in battle would be higher and the injuries more serious. We have the strongest healing kidou in all of Soul Society.

Description of Division: The 4th Division headquarters is actually Soul Society's largest hospital and its appearance both on the inside and outside reflect this. The Captain of the 4th Division's Office is just inside. She is often referred to as the Chief of Medicine. The grounds have a small garden and koi pond for people to visit and relax in when they are off duty.[
