Ok, while we're talking in 3rd person:
*ahem* Kizu-chan has had problems kinda like that, too. More often than not it's cause Kizu-chan tried to open iTunes and Internet and e-mail and another Internet all at the same time. Kizu-chan is a very impatient person gonk .
. . . talking in third person gives Kizu-chan a headache. . .
