Well first off, i want to be an actress and have for a long time. We found an ad for movie extras in the paper. It was a 1-800 numers. I called it. It was asking for monkey to put your name on a list. My mom said no... 1-800 number, credit card... blah blah blah. Oh yeah, i understand. I asked if i could join a talent agency, or at least try to. She said nothing. Then yelled, "I"m not putting a cent towards getting a friggin 16 year old girl into acting!" I cryed. Shes like all this stuff is harder than it seems. I'm said, i know know! know its going to take a while, i know about the rejects. I know everything!!!!. She asked how, i said, i've watching, read, listened to everything possible to help me!
I really want to do this, I can handle it. i just she doesn't seem to think i can. Can you help me? This is my dream.

your young. eventually you can do it! and your mother wont have anything to do with it.
im not saying run away from home, im saying wait until you can make big descions on your own like that. C:

I don't want to come crush your dreams either, but getting into theatre as a life dependency is not easy. She's probably worried that you're going to throw yourself into poverty and live in a box. Maybe she'll feel better if you make a back up plan for yourself. I plan to go to school for theatre and fashion design, both things that may or may not support me. But I've talked to my parents about all the possibilities I would explore to make sure I don't end up poor.
Have you ever done anything in theatre before? Do you perform in school plays? You're going to need that experience to get into a good college. Make sure you work for your school.
If anything, minor in theatre and major in something else. You don't have to go to school to be an actress!

You don't have to go to school to be an actress! Well yeah... i'm not really planning to go to school as an actress but as a writer, or a baby doctor, or child protectancy/ concelling. I just want to do this to see where is goes. You can't talk to my mom. YOu said "hi" and you end up yelling at each other... Thanks though. You really did help.

Well..
Firstly, I have to agree with Skully. Acting is a very hard profession to get into.
So, ALWAYS HAVE A BACK UP CAREER! Honestly, that is never said enough.
I would suggest that you should earn up some money, and get a talent agent yourself, while also working on your more... plausible career.
