Lord, I have over-indulged today. I'm sorry, Lord, I ask for a forgiveness that I hope isn't beyond me.

Lord, I pray that through your mercy and loving-kindness, I will have no pain tomorrow. Keep those withdrawal pains far from me, Lord- throw them behind you, as only you have the power to do.

This is my last glass, Lord. My last glass for a good, long time. Please have mercy on me, Jesus.
