I'm going on vacation on monday and i always go wayy over board when it comes to sweets, and i never eat sugary stuff at home, (i dont really like chocolate or suckers etc.) but on vacation i go balistic!! and i'll be away for two weeks which makes it worse sad i'm scared i'm going to gain like 10 pounds while im gone... any ideas on how to not go crazy on junk food? anyone else have this problem while vacationing?

For vacationing, here are some tips:
-Drink a ton of water. This will help your body regulate and help stay active. Plus it will fill your stomach.
-When at a restaurant, skip the main meal and just eat the appetizer. These are more portioned and quite cheaper too.
-Take a walk around your hotel and go 'exploring'. This will keep you active.
-Eat in intervals. Do not overwhelm your body with a new eating schedule just because you are outside your house.
