I know how to lose inches on my stomach and how to start on my arms. For my arms, I do crunches and a little weight lifting. Also, my legs. I know of a few exercises, but not many that work on your thighs.
How can I speed up slimming down my arms and build some muscle?
Exercises for the whole leg - especially the thighs - please?
