Grilled cheese and jelly sandwich
italian white bread
two slices baby swiss
pineapple preserves (approx. 3/4 tbsp.)
spread preserves on bread just as making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
butter one side of each slice of bread, grease pan with pat of butter
lay cheese onto bread, close sandwich buttered sides out
toast each side in pan until golden brown (no blackening!)
