Hello to all FY fans out there and welcome to FY: MotH!

Twins Miaka and Maiko Yuuki are inseparable. They are each others' inspiration and the best of friends.
One day, however, in the National Library, the twins discover an ancient book, the Universe of the Four Gods. They are both pulled into it and into another world, guided by Suzaku, the phoenix, Guardian of the South. Miaka and Maiko's destinies change as new roles are bestowed upon them both: Miaka becomes the Priestess of Suzaku, and Maiko, a Celestial Warrior of Suzaku, one of the seven destined to protect the Priestess of Suzaku. For the first time in her life, Maiko feels jealousy for Miaka, brought about by the thought that her sister is more important than she is. With this in mind and heart, Maiko turns her back on her past life and her sister and best friend.
Will Miaka be able to protect her fate as the Priestess of Suzaku, or will everything just fall into the hands of her twin... including Tamahome himself?

A/N:
*This is a "what-if?" story, in this case, "what if... Miaka has a twin?" And so, this RP covers volumes 1-13, or episodes 1-52, if you may, or it might end somewhere in between. For now, I'm sure-ish that this won't cover the OVAs... so... kinda sorry to some peeps out there....
*Maiko is a Celestial Warrior, meaning that she will be taking the place of... *drumroll* Tasuki. Yeah, I'm really sorry to his fans out there, but I promise he'll still be here... he will be coming later on in the story, just like in the original, but this time he'll be Maiko's love interest. ^_^
*Sadly, Yui is taken out of this thing until the end, because if she was here, the story would be too twisted. But this also means that (celebrate, y'all!)the Seiryuu Seven won't be here until some point in the story, so please forgive me.
*Maiko obviously CAN'T act alone. She's just a Celestial Warrior, she's not some sand witch who's powerful enough to twist fates. So, someone will be given a BIG role compared to the eyes-and-voice-only appearance he made in the original. You know what that means....

Miscellaneous: Miaka Yuuki is a junior high school student studying in Toritsu-Daisan Middle School, trying her best to be able to pass her high school entrance exams. She's cheerful, kind, selfless and, although most people would deny it, quite intelligent. This intelligence more often than not gets her out of a sticky situation, and so is comparable with others' intellect. She is a twin to Maiko Yuuki, and is older than Maiko by 7 minutes.
Her destiny, however, is something that would change her life forever: Her destiny is to become the Priestess of Suzaku, the one destined to summon Suzaku. This is a fate that crosses worlds.

Miscellaneous: Maiko Yuuki is a teen prodigy junior high school student studying in Toritsu-Daisan Middle School, about to go through her high school entrance exams. She's shy, soft-spoken, protective and sensitive. She is one of the few who believe that deep inside, Miaka is smarter than anyone she knows. She is a twin to Miaka Yuuki, and is younger by 7 minutes.
Her destiny is something somewhat special: She is destined to be one of the seven Celestial Warriors of Suzaku, destined to protect the Priestess of Suzaku, and it is because of this that Maiko has come to harbor a deep resentment towards her sister.
((Yes, that's right: It's Tasuki that Maiko's replacing in the Suzaku Seven. I think he's the best option to take out, especially since no one's answering my poll sweatdrop . But he'll be granted a fairly big role: He will become Maiko's love interest. Isn't this just exciting?))
