Departments and Sub-Departments

As of now, there are a total of EIGHT main departments. They are all stickied and each captain is a high rank official. These departments are the main departments that help function the guild. Their factions do everything possible to keep the guild rolling. Hence, why these are stickied.


Sub-Departments are departments made by those of the clan and are regular threads. They aren't necessarily following the mainstream help, but they do something for the clan. These are lead by ANY ranking official in the guild. From dating services to singing odd songs on Tuesdays, the sub-departments have a purpose.





It is done so we are allowed to have variety and common interest. Although there are some setbacks, you can still earn un-official titles from joining sub-departments. (Look posts below.)

Eight Main Departments

These are the eight departments that help the clan:

Recruitment: Where all recruiters go to plan and report when they recruit. Here, they create ideas on how to attract new possible recruits that will help the clan grow. This also where they talk about certain users they would like to get into the clan.

Security: This department focuses on cracking down rule-breakers. They act all tough, but they're really peaceful folk, most of the time. Here they discuss their tasks and how they intend to enforce them.

Human Relations: These users are what help unify not only our clan, but allies with out clan. They go out to different alliances and speak with out fellow clans. Sort of like the Peace Corps for our clan to another.

Decorations: Our clan guild and thread is detailed due to these users. These gaians discuss on how to make our clan a much more attractive place. They deal with how to use art, banners, advertisements, etc.

Projects: The gaians here help unify our clan and make it stronger. They discuss possible ideas and projects that could help this clan some way. They aid in the funds for our clan, help other departments with their tasks, and so on. ALL projects are to be run through this department first, member of the department or not.

Battle System: Obviously, this department is self-explanatory. Users in this department will discuss how we are going to use the Battle System for our clan. They discuss meeting areas, training places, and how tasks will be settled. Activities consisting of the Battle System will be dealt with here.

Entertainment: This department discusses ideas in which they can make the clan a funner place. They make games, plan activities, and so on. It would help our clanmembers with occupying time while they have nothing to do.



All departments seek aid in one another. They make sure to run ideas with the following department and always, they try to keep the clan active. The purpose of these departments is to help keep the structure of the clan strong.
