So lately Alora has been doing things that kind of are annoying, yet kind of cute. Talk about irony?
She's figured out how to take her diaper off, so every ten minutes I see a naked butt running across the room. She has also figured out how to get on and off of the couches, this would be cute if I knew she wouldn't fall.
So, what are those things that your kids do that are cute, but annoying?

my daughter is 3 month old and she is finally getting squirmy... cute squirmy.
I dont know what to do anymore... i go to change her diaper.. she used to be still or move her arms and legs abit.
Now when i go to change her i have to be careful cause she jumps up and squirms and wiggles and throws her arms and legs out all excited. She is so cute cause she gets so happy! I love it. The only problem is... i cant seem to keep the mess in one place... not to mention putting on a diaper is hard! lol.
She is so silly.
Oh yes and now...she is rolling around in her crib... tearing off bumpers.... oh my... what to do what to do... Not to mention she is a hair puller!

lol
My daughter says the funniest things when I am trying to talk serious to her. It is so hard not to laugh but it's annoying because I'm trying to get something through to her.

My daughter is 17 months and knows how to take off her diaper, but I always keep something over it so that she doesn't really have the chance.
nena- I never had a changing table, so I put a towel underneath where ever I changed her. This helped clean up messes easily. ^-^; I also hold her feet together with her legs bended so that she can't move them around easily. She does fuss, but I can't change her otherwise. Other things might work for other people, but it works for me~
I'm sorry that your son annoys you, Frazzled, but I'm sure it goes both ways. I know my mother annoys the heck out of me... many, many times a day. She is very a**l about how things should be done and that they have to be done at certain times. Like the dishes have to be done before going to bed so we can have a clean slate the next day. I can't run the dishwasher every day because it is inefficient. I can't leave certain things in the sink. I know it might not seem like much, but some days I just really want to leave the dishes for the morning... or just use the dishwasher. What the heck is the point of having one if you don't use it? D: *sigh* I think I use about the same amount of water as it does. XD Plus there is the time I put into washing it, as well as the energy. So... Anyway.. Sorry about the rant. ^-^; What I was going to get to is that I know that talking things through with someone can help sometimes (in my case, I have tried x.x). I know that if someone I cared about was annoyed with something I did, I would want them to tell me. Of course I could be hurt at first, but then it could end up being better for the both of us. ^-^ So... heh. [/long post]

lol I hear Griffeh my mother was the same way, as for him being annoying its nothing really big he is a good kid, and we really get along very well. some times to well. I have brought him up so he can tell me anything, even if he is made at me he will let me know so we can talk about it. I like that we have a good relationship. because i see so many of his friends and there parents and they just don't get along at all. I some times think its the parents not taking the time to get to know there kid. if you know what i mean. my son and I take one day out a week to just hang out just the two of us. we usually end up playing video games or going out for lunch and some shopping witch he loves to do. thank god. omg my mom was the same way with the dishes. i never understood why she had a dish washer and never used it. I use mine all the time. I hate doing them by hand.

I remember when my 20 yr old was going thru puberty... OMGit was so cute, I couldn't help but chuckle... He was about 12 or 13 at the time and he comes up to me and says in a hushed tone, "Mom, I got hair down there." At first I was in shock just a little bit, as this is a big transition into the next stage of their life... then I saw the the humor, then I explained to him it is something that happens to everyone... LOL Then there was when my 2 youngest were babies (they are 14mo apart) My youngest was in the playpen with his bottle and his sister (the sneaky one) was sitting quietly coloring or playing with her dolls while I made her lunch..then I heard the baby Stephen scream then cry so I stopped what I was doing and turned the corner to see Katelynn stealing Stephen's bottle and start drinking it herself.... It was so frustrating at the same time cute... Now she is a Senior in high school with straight As.

That is so awesome that you do that with your son, Frazzled. Having someone that close to you can make life just that much easier. When I was going through puberty, my mom wasn't around. x.x; I was never that close to my dad, so I think I probably talked to my sister. o.o; I just... remember some bad experiences. XD I wish I could just forget about them... heh. And.... I need to go do dishes before I fall asleep. *groan*
