Love "Fighter" by Christina Aguilera when working out for karate
Also "Love don't let me go" (Ministry of sound remix version) when running/walking etc. It has a really good beat.
Finally, I really enjoy "What have you done" by Within Temptation, it doesn't have a real workout beat to it, but it gets me moving somehow
Pretty much I love any rock or dance tracks.
Rock being pop, soft and hard, emo/gothic and occasionally opera

I listen to alternative rock/rock station. Sometimes hip hop, rap, RnB and electronica, songs that makes me feel like dancing. I like listening to classic rock or rock during the 60's to late 70's because I just love that old rock feeling, really, I think I was reincarnated from someone born the 60's haha.
Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd is a long song. It's what I call my running song. I listen to Audioslave or Linkin Park when I do weights. Their anger and their spirit just makes the weights feel a little lighter.
