look at the streets
covered in blood

covered in mud
look at the child
hungry and dying
look at its mother
desperate and crying
look at the rich man
as he passes them by
look at the pathetic man
laying in the streets holding his hand up high
look at the police who turn a blind eye
as another innocent being dies.
