This is our cell thread!
First topic of discussions? What should we call our team? *I'm out of ideas at the moment thanks to work*

Hmm...Well I think "Aurum" would be a cool name. It's the latin name for gold and I founf it fitting with you being the Cell leader and such. That's about all I got.

Um..Runners?*looks around and scratches head*
Latin sounds like a good starting area anyway. Most people have heard of 'carpe dium' and for a dead language, that phrase is rocognized.

Wow xd how about combining your two suggestions?
Aurum Runners... Wow that'd make us sound like smuggelers or something lol.
I wonder if we'll be able to choose which ring we start with out of a set of them or something rather then everyone starting with the same genaric one.
It would suck for example if I was forced to use a close combat ring to start considering my class.

At least I know I won't have a problem..nearly every fatasy game I've ever played has started out with defensive/ low healing spells.

Yeah, I'm pretty set as well since I just beat on stuff a whole bunch and that's the premise for just about every game.

Midori, you could always switch off until you get what you need. You'd be our secret weapon. ninja
*insert ominous music*
Able to hit someone with blinding speed or a defensive spell at a moment's notice. The enemy will never know who to send after you. The scout after a doctor, the tanker against the weapon wielder, or the healer after the speed demon.

It pays to be mul-titalented*shrugs*. I know I'm not focusing on all healing. The other fate of most healers in the game is sucky offense at the beginning.

I like the way you think *chuckles evily* Right now I'm saving up my gold so I'll be able to get a good ring or two once the battle system comes out. Lol I'd love to stockpile a bunch for the guild once we figure out the best ways to aquire them

Stockpiling is always a good strategy, but it can get time consuming.

I rarely spend more then a few minutes a day on Gaia now but I'll probally play a bit more once the battle systems out.

School will cut into my time, so I'm hoping that these rage XP requirements don't suck up all my time. I'm a casual player even in towns, so I'd never reach my full potential if I have to choose between study time/classes and the battle system.
Stockpiling could be easy if the tuturial is always an option though. The rest of us could end up with three million beginners attacks because that's the only rings offered in the tuturial, unfortunately.

Well I meant a bit more of grabbing what ever rings we could for the guild rather then just the sucky beginners ones from the tutorial (I doubt they'll let you spam that to get more rings anyhow and it's tedious to use mules at best)
Anyhow just thought I'd let you guys know that I'll be away for the weekend at the Canadian National Expo in Toronto selling manga and stuff at a dealers booth!

Alright we need this looking at least pseudo-active so no one gets suspicious lol. Anyway, what are each of you doing at the moment in life or Gaia? Such as the water fight, questing, going to school, or stuff like that. I'm just getting at this so we can be slightly closer as a cell group.
