The book rocked it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time!!!!
So many surprises and the epiloge was so sad!But I was surprised Edward was so supported about jacob.

Bella did that to Jake because Edward is her one and only. If Edward didn't exisist then Jake would be perfect for Bella but Edward does exisist and he's exactly what Bella needs.

I wonder what happened to Jacob afterwards, though? Did he go back to human form again and if so, how long after that happened?

Okay yes the book was awesome and Bella and Edward are definatly ment to be together. I feel bad for Jacob but you have to look at the whole imprinting thing. I mean he didn't imprint with Bella and what would happen if Bella chose him and then not to far down the line Jake imprints with someone and leaves Bella "whoops sorry bella but I guess your not my soul mate after all."
