Like Vezero said, this place if for training your jutsus and coming up with strategies of using those jutsus, this place is going to be a sparring area to train against other opponents, not cheating is allowed.
Enjoy and respect your fellow villagers, or deathly sands shall find you in your sleep. Just kidding.
Also here are some rules now that I know how to use the post action.
To decide who starts the match each person posts once and uses post action to generate a random number from (lowest)1 to 10(Highest)
Highest number goes first.

Cool, you had the higher number so you go first. Now we use the normal battle rules. So post your chakra level, health level, and ninja rank and then attack.

kotaro run out at the kage abd use Suna Arashi Bunshin (Sandstorm Clone) and he use this Summoning Technique he summons a tiger
to battle 75 damage.

Clone my has went boom
i use a Suna Shoryu (Sand Dragon) damage 35and i go in to theKyoubou Suna Arashi (Raging Sandstorm) and i use the gas in the storm will do damage 25 and the sand pit hehe i use a Shadow Clone Technique and pull you in to the sand pit and i use
Sabaku Bakuhatsu (Desert Explosion) damage 55

i use it is the toger eye it form my clan fuma ok.
i use a genjutsu Descending Hell Technique.and i use a Boufuu Bakuhatsu Bunshin no Jutsu (Wind Explosion Clone)damage 35 and hell is it gool is it . and i use a Kyoubou Suna Arashi (Raging Sandstorm) Sabaku Kyodaikaibutsu Nezame (Desert Demon tiger kont Awakening)...

*Gaar jumps backwards and shoots his hands forward performing a tough set of hand seals.*
Gaara: Sabaku Sousou!! (Desert Funeral)
*Gaara thrusts both his arms forward after finishing the tough combination of hand seals and a large amount of sand again pours out of Gaara's large gourd mixing with the bloody sand used earlier in the desert coffin technique and wraps around Kotara trying to crush his limbs and bones into dust.* (-50)

Sandstorm Gaara Clone: Suna Ouchi! (Sand Pit)
*The sandstorm clone performs the sand pit jutsu and clings onto Kotaro trying to bind his arms to his sides preventing his use of jutsu temporarily.*
*Gaara moves to his last resort and throws his hands together for one last assault performing a long series of extremely hard hand seals in rapid succession.*
