Great. There they go again, the Government decided it was a freaking WONDERFUL idea to try and control the 'Gifted' Community. Big Mistake. Well, as you may have guessed, the 'Gifted' Rebelled. Be that as it may, well, the Government decided it was time to put a stop to this, and tried to con them into submission by proclaiming peace. Well, the Gifted community thought this to be a good chance to get their selves closer to the government then make a full frontal attack, so they agreed. Whilst the Government thought with them as an ally, he could recruit a little gifted army. His first intentions in the very beginning. With this, the government has stated Country Wide peace. Thus, he has to accommodate for the Gifted, right? Well, one of the most popular demands was a Gifted School. Great. He decided to have two Schools, and made them for both Girls only and Boys only.
He figured this would cause less fuss... Boy was he ever wrong. Now, at the Males boarding school evidently called Black Water High ((BWH.)), they have decided it was enough. The guys aren’t going to take it anymore, and this being a high school/university, they had very well the age group to start overthrowing the current government, and make it a place where everyone can be treated as equals. Thus they Created the Chain of Dogs. An all male group, who are training to spy and get specific information on the government so they can infiltrate their premises, and gain the Gifted Representative some important info on the goings on, for a quick victory.
As things are turning out, they are recruiting more and more each and every day. In secret, they are making plans and gaining information, all while training they're new members at the same time. It's quite an intricate little group. In the open they use the term 'The Dogs', and/ or 'The Chain.' As to not arouse suspicion.

Now here’s where you come in. In this Role Play, you start at the early stages of the Chain of Dogs, and leaders are named as long with Specialists. People are trained and the Specialists and Veterans are sent in for information. I have a Plot in mind, so all you have to do is sit back and Role Play with the various surprise plots and Sub-Plots that are introduced through out the Role Play. Okay, here's what's going down. From here on, you post you're character on here, and then just join. Literacy please! =3 You will ALL eventually meet my two characters, who will ask you and/ or Refer you to join. After that, it's your choice whether or not to be with the Chain of Dogs.((Yes, this is Yaoi. Mostly everyone in the Chain of Dogs is Gay.)) You may Pm me and ask to be One of the Ranks, and there are many Ranks out there so don't worry people! I'll post a List.

Rank: Leader.
Looks:
Personality: Roak is the kind of person who looks soft, but is positively the very opposite. He's the type of person to be very overprotective of his friends, and when he says he's going to do something, he Means it. Despite his looks, he's the one if someone pissed him off, he's going ninja all over their a**. No, he's not THAT immature, he just has a different way to put things. He likes to keep things organised, and it one of the Biggest perfectionists you'd ever meet.
Power: He's a Demonic Shape Shifter. Thus, he's able to Shape Shift into Various Demons, but does not gain all the demons power. For example: If he were to Shift into an available Water Demon, he would only gain all of it's physical abilities, and only be able to just breath Under water. He would not be able to control the element it self. Also, he can only Transform into Demons he has already encountered, and tasted some of it's blood. Then he is able to transform into that Demon. He can either kill it next, or let it live. Depends if the Blood was consented or not. He's able to fiddle around with his physical appearance with other men’s DNA. I'll post a Picture if he does change. His First Demon he gains all the powers of, but that’s it. It was a Fire Demon, a panther to be exact.
Current Shift Count: 15.((Not much so far, but it'll do for him.))
Status: Bi Sexual.
History: Roak had a very troubled Childhood, seeing as he was on the run from the government all the time. But Hell, he couldn't care less now. Too him, his life is great, especially when Hikaru is around. Hikaru and him have been running from the Government together since they first met. Evidently, they had been running at the same time after being discovered, and then ran into each other. Almost Literally. They decided then to join for the sake of their lives, and haven’t been separated since. At that time, Roak and Hikaru were about 12. Yes, they had been at a really young age. It was both their second year of running.
He met the Gifted representative last year and presented him with a suggestion, that he send spies in. Of course the Representative said he'd think about it, and hasn't done it yet, so Roak Decided to take things into his own hands, and started the Chain of Dogs to accommodate for the Representatives Lack of action. Now a days, he's recruiting with the help of Tracker Hikaru. ((He actually calls him Karu-kun.)) His little hideout is at the Unused Basement of BWH. He actually got some of his Demon friends to help him clear out the mess, whilst changing rapidly to fit the needs of the group. He had grown up on his own, training himself in his art of shifting by turning to the life of thievery.
Currently, he's Nineteen and couldn't care less about his past. At the Moment, it was all about the future, and to keep Hikaru as stable as possible. Hikaru was the only Demon he hasn't take blood from yet, and probably never will. Unless under some horrid circumstance, he will never do it, he considers that as a violation of their trust. Hikaru couldn't care less, but I mean it was the way Roak felt, so that's that. Right now in Chain of Dogs HQ, There are many different areas for every single area of profession and training. Thank god that old School was so damn big. Six to Eight stories to be exact, and it was all like the Twentieth century. One could very well imagine what it looked like.
The Basement was the size of the School, the size of two Football Fields. It had tons of corridors and passageways, and storage rooms were turned into offices for the Leaders and Generals. There was a giant Technical room for everyone who was interested. Let's just say the Teachers NEVER went down there, not Since Hikaru scared the s**t outta everyone. Hee hee, that had been hilarious. Well, now he's working with everyone to get the plans from the government and try to put a stop to his hideous reign. Hikaru Age: 19 Rank: Lead Tracker. Looks:  Personality: Hikaru is very Unstable, seeing as he's a Straight up Snake Demon. For him, life’s nothing but a Test, and he's got to play his cards right or fail. Yeah, he is indeed insane. That's alright though, considering it was Reign's fault he was Insane. His Demon. Reign likes to toy with him all the time, especially when he was a child. Reign forced him to kill his parents at Age three, and he's been scarred ever since. But I mean it's not like he's insane twenty four seven, he is a Stable as ever when He's with Roak. It's just blood that sets him off. Other then that, he can track anything and anyone he would care too, and He's quite kept to himself. Power: Hikaru is a Snake Demon, and thus he has the ability to change into snakes. Though Hikaru Controls Darkness Via Reign, he only uses that when he's 'Set off.' Hikaru's calm Demonic form looks like this: Hikaru NormalAnd when he's 'Set off.' Hikaru set offBoth are the Size of Sky Scrapers, as are the usual Demons. Hikaru has a major Weakness of Light. Status: Gay. History: Hikaru has always been tortured by Reign, but Roak seems to make him forget all that, and at least live his life that way he wants too. Hikaru is really close with Roak for that reason, and among others as well. He killed his parents at age three, and became a Criminal. Though the moronic Government couldn't figure out that it was him, it still tortured him. Yes, he eventually went insane. But that day he ran into Roak, everything changed for him. He could actually ignore Reign when he was with Roak! Reign doesn't like Roak that much for it, but Roak can always get Hikaru back to the way he was normally. Hikaru has always found life sort of Difficult for him, since Reign is very much making life miserable. Then Again, Roak comes in and saves his a**. Thus making everything A LOT more confusing then things should be, yet to him it feels so right. He's always contemplating the oddest things when he's alone, seeing as thinking keeps the Demons away. He wasn't much for his anger management, showing a hot temper most of this time, and yet his cool composure makes him calm. One way you could tell he was angered, was by looking at his eyes. When his pupils were tiny little dots, he was Pissed. Despite all this, he has great leader Ship skills. If not more over the Skills of Roak. Roak suggested that Hikaru be leader, but he refused. Hikaru could lose control at any moment, thus making it quite dangerous for him to be in the lead. It was just one of the many qualities he has that can be stolen away by his anger and insanity. Though you may think he's very up and down, he's cool and composed most of the time. Roak had laughed and slapped his back, saying that he was to professional for his own good. Hikaru had found this comment confusing. Professional? Was he really Professional? He just thought that's the way people acted while under pressure from something and/or someone else. Was he really that way? He actually contemplated this for a while before he decided that he should try to loosen up... and maybe even... smile? Gah, that was a hard one to think about. Now he's really trying his hardest to change.

((Okay, if you want to be Leader or General, you can be either approached or have been in there since the beginning. Send me a mail, asking what you want to be and what you want to do, and when I accept you, you can go ahead and start the Role Play off how you want to! ^^
Setting: The school is located somewhere in the Lower U.S. They had thoughts of putting it in Canada, but they decided against it. The School is no where near any town or city, and is surrounded by trees of all shapes and sizes. The school has a gigantic Court Yard and a Swimming pool in the back, along with a lounge and everything the most expensive boarding school can have. ((except for competent Teachers.))

Fay ItakashiAge: 20 Rank: Lead Spy Looks:  Personality: His real personality is a mystery. He acts according to the person he has shifted in. When he looks like a nerd he acts like a nerd, when he looks like a girl he acts like a girl and so and so on. It's the same with his true form. He mostly uses one form, but no knows for sure if that's the form he was born in. Being a spy, he doesn't show it to anyone. It keeps him save, at least that's what he thinks. But he does like to flirt with others and mostly, when he's not on the job, acts happy and goofy all the time. He doesn't seem to be worrying about anything and looks kinda laid back. Power: Shapeshifting. He can change into anything he wants, as long as it is an organic form. This makes him ideal for spy work. The only thing he can't copy are powers. So he does change on the outside, but not on the inside. When he changes into a some demon, fire dmon for example, he doesn't copy the demons powers. That's one of the drawbacks on his powers. But on the other hand he can change into any animal he wants too. So he isn't restricted to human forms. Status: Bi Sexual History: Just like his personality and his true form, little is known about Fay's past. He keeps it a sercet and will do anything to keep a secret too. The only person that knows everything about him is his mother, who he has a very close bond with. He doesn't have a father anymore, the man left Fay and his mother when Fay was still young. Because of what he is he never had any friends. That changed though when he was sent to a school for the Gifted. Already being fully aware of what he could do, he immidialty felt at home there. But being at a school of the Gifted brought challenged too. Fay started to use his powers to get into certain rooms in the school, get test results and answers and stuff like that. He specialised himself in hacking and found he was a natural at that. But he had to be careful not to be caught by the teachers....since they were Gifted too... It didn't take long for him to be aproached by a man. The man told him about the Chain of Dogs and invited him to join. And just like that Fay worked himself to the top and is currently the Lead Spy in the Chain of Dogs. He's very loyal to the organisation and he had great respect for their leader Roak.

Atticus Imora Age: 19 Rank: Lead Weapons Master Looks:  (This is a picture of my ABJD In a wig that is close to how Atticus would look. He's wearing basic black pants from Luts and a black mandarin collared shirt made by a friend. So this would be how Atticus would be normally walking around the school. I had my doll's regular yellow eyes in and not the pare white ones that I own, so that is why his eyes are hidden by the bangs.) Personality: Dark, cold, and calculating. He's more prone to being alone and does his best to be ignored by most. Atticus is a voice of reason and is generally quiet and doesn't speak up unless it is needed. Power: Strengthened intelligence and can control base elements. However if he is currently controlling one element, the opposing element will damage him greatly. Example would be if he was controlling fire, water would greatly harm him. Status: Gay History: Very little is known about Atticus as he tends to keep to himself. He is seen as a freak to most, but ignores those ideas. Many believe that he was just created by the government, but nothing has been confirmed. He was exceptionally talented with weaponry and science, getting noticed by the leaders of the Chain of Dogs. Atticus joined for his own reasons, working with his skills and talents to gain his current position within their ranks.

Roak cast a long foreboding gaze towards his newly dubbed teacher. Great, a Newb. He hated it when Newbs came in and thought they could brave going down to the Basement. He sighed heavily, and decided it was another job for Karu-kun. Amazing how they needed him more and more each and everyday. The class was large, and it was currently History Class. Being a Nineteen year old man, He very well knew most of this stuff already. Can't they change the curriculum anytime soon? His expression did one of those anime Melts.
"Roak!" His new Teacher called in a very Sharp voice. Roak looked up at him and Replied.
"Yes, what is it sir?"
"Have you been paying attention to a word I've said?"
"No sir. I would rather not. They've been teaching the same thing for YEARS! Yes! We get it already! Let's move on from the whole how we were treated back then and now, and the whole Peace treaty thing. Teach us something else please." He let out an exasperated breathe and everyone he could hear Clapped. Well, there's a new one. Clapping. Heh, go figure. The creeper teacher stared infuriated at him through thickly rimmed glasses.
"I beg to differ." His hot headed teacher replied.
"You Need to know about this stuff. Period. Most of the time you Brats aren’t paying attention! This stuff is important! You'll be tested on this, and it'll tell you whether or not you graduate. Grow up."
What the... Did he just tell him to Grow up? Him? The leader of an entire secret underground organisation to overthrow the Government? Okay. Wow that pissed him off.
"Look, I know your trying to teach us Newb, but here are some things I think YOU Should know. For one thing, I think we'd get the message that it's important after the first six years of the same thing over and over again. Now I know your wife left you because your horrible in bed and now you've been hanging around those bars each and every night getting drunk and crying you're pitiful eyes out, but you don't have to take out your sexual Frustrations on us. Got it? Learn something for yourself once in a while, cause trust me, here we don't give a s**t about some washed up wanna be teacher who has nothing else to do with his life because he was such a nerd in School that he has to come back and try to make it right. Am I Correct? So suck it up and stop trying to be in control here, cause as long as I'm here, your in for one HELL OF A RIDE!"
He yelled out the last sentence, and everyone was in the mixture of laughing and cheering. Well, everyone he could hear anyways, it wasn't like he was looking around for support. He stood, the teacher gaping over at him dropped his Hand book. Smirking, he took his Pointer finger his middle finger and his thumb out as if to say 'Peace times three.' Brought it too his forehead, and gave him a Quick Salute as he opened the door and swiftly walked out, closing it behind him in the process. Great. Now was a nice little walk going to help him? Possibly. Maybe he'd go visit Karu-kuns class.... Yeah, that sounded about right. Oh well. He strode down the hall, not really paying attention to anyone or anything any more.

Fay had been walking around the hallways. He had ditched his math class, since he already knew everything and the teacher was always getting on his back for correcting him in class. And since he had been almost teaching his teacher, fay didn't really see the point in going to class anymore...at least not math.
It was then he heard the yelling come out of one of the classrooms. He stopped and tilted his head...he knew that voice...Wasn't that? Yep, there was no mistaken. That was Roak and he sounded extremly pissed. Hadn't they gotten a new teacher for history today....the poor man...
It was then that Fay watched Roak walk out of one of the classrooms. Grinning he shifted into a large crow, one of his most used forms and flew over to the younger male. Landing on his shoulder, he knew the man already knew it was him.
"You know he's a teacher right" fay stated then, cleaning his feathers a little, "He's paid to be like that" he added then and looked at Roak with intelligent icy blue eyes. Chuckling he jumped of the man's shoulder and while he landed he changed back to his human form, silver eyes looking at Roak in amusment.
"So I guess the newb was being a typical neb" he grinned as he pushed some of his white hair out of his face, "Man I almost feel sorry for the guy...".

Roak Laughed heartily.
"You wont feel sorry after you hear what happened. The man told me to Grow Up Just because I said we already know the damn stuff and he should teach us something new! Me! Grow up! GOD what's that mans PROBLEM??" He started to mutter darkly underneath his breath. He sighed, once again heavily, and glanced over at Fay.
"So, what'cha doin out here yourself? Not very nice to spy on me Ya' know. I was just on my way to go see if I can't sneak Karu-kun out of his boring old class. I think he's in the Hag's room. Wanna come? We can walk and talk at the same time! Isn't it amazing? I didn't know that I could do that till just recently. Aren’t I the next ******** HOODINI???" He had his big a** smile plastered all over his face, and turned over to the side. He loved to joke around like this all the time.

Fay chuckled and then put his hand to his chest and made a small bow, "Oh yes, oh Great Leader. You are amazing" he grinned as he looked up again, little amuzed twinkles in silver eyes. Pushing up the glasses, which he actually really didn't need since he had perfect eyesight, he continued to walk with Raok.
"Though still, you can't really blame that newb for being ignorant" he mumbled then and looked up though, "That's what they are supposed to be as newb's....or else they won't be any fun anymore. And to answer the question to what I;m doing here...I skipped Math" he said then and shrugged.
"Last time I was teaching the teacher how to teach our class...Besides the teacher really hating me for that, I didn't really see the point in going. And besides I would rather be here in the prescence of our Great Leader" he grinned and winked at Roak.
"Now let's get out little rescue mission on the way shall we...".

He laughed, and lightly brought up his arm and brought it back down again onto Fays back playfully.
"See, that's what I like about you. You see humour in all the things I do! It makes hangin out with ye kinda fun, you know?"
He chuckled and continued to walk, turning at the nearest Left.
"I know how you feel. But personally I'd have to say screw Math Class. Besides, with the Newb thing, I guess I'm just so used to being in control and having order, not chaos and the same damn thing over and over again. Force of habit I suppose..." He brought his hand up to his face and curled his fingers down, so he was pointing with his pointer finger. He had a rather innocent look displayed on his face as he rested his finger just below his lower lip, as if in thought.

Fay chuckled. He always liked being around Roak. The guy was fun to be with, had a great snese of humour, though when it came down to business he was serious and was the best leader Fay could think off.
"Yeah well, it wouldn't look good, you following up orders" he said then and just couldn't get that mental images to form. He then glanced over to Roaka nd grinned. The guy looked like he was thinking up an entire stratigic plan, though Fay had no idea what for. If they really wanted to get Hikaru out of that death boring class they could just walk in, get the boy and walk out.
"You know..." he started to say then and raised one brow as he tilted his head looking at Roak, "You almost look cute right now" a serious look on his face as he planted his hands in his side.

He got pulled out of his thoughts suddenly, and turned over to Fay with a cocky Grin on his face.
"Oh? Is that so? Well, One should think that the most amazing leader in the entire universe should always look cute. Wouldn't you say?"
Just then something flashed in his eyes, and he put his arm on Fay's Shoulder, only to stop in front of a Scraggly looking old Doorway.
"I have a plan to get Karu-Kun out. Mrs. Innes HATES Rats, right? Well. Lets morph into the ugliest rats anyone’s ever seen. Me being demonic, and run like hell all though the Class. If I know Hikaru like I do, He'll volunteer to morph into a snake and take care of the problem. We then run outta the class room and into the Nearest Washroom. Sound like a plan?"
He leaned into Fay, and put his face dangerously close to Fays.
