Kekke Genkai: Tomogan
A kekkei genkai ability similar to the Byakugan and Zetsu's spying technique. Its powers allow the user to see through solid objects, night vision, and create illusions with chakra circulatory systems. It also allows the user to interfere with the workings of the Byakugan, and has other vaguely defined powers regarding vision. When activated, the user's eyes momentarily glow red.

Ninjutsu Techniques:
Body Flicker Technique-
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Body Replacement Technique-
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.
Clone Technique-
This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Exploding Tag: Activate-
Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.
Rope Escape Technique-
Simply put, this jutsu allows the user to escape being tied up.
Transformation Technique-
This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu.
Release-
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Spiritualism Technique-
A powerful jutsu, Spiritualism Technique allows a ninja to summon animals and objects to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature.
Underground Fish Projection-
Underground Fish Projection is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. Genin use clones to confuse their enemies and then hide within the earth. the actual ninja can then attack their target.
Mud Overturn-
Mud Overturn is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.
Mausoleum Earth Dumpling-
Mausoleum Earth Dumpling is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with his hands, the user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using immense strength, the user can lift up the ball and hurl it at his opponent, flatening all in its path.
Stone Avalanche-
Stone Avalanche is a Ninjutsu technique used by only a few shinobi. Forming handseals and running up a cliff face, the user can cause stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below.
Stone Lodging Destruction-
Doton • Iwa Yado Kuzushi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.
Revolving Split Earth Palm-
Revolving Split Earth Palm is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed handseals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.
Double Suicide Decapitation Technique-
Double Suicide Decapitation Technique is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized.

Biography:
Background
Zoharu was born in Kirigakure but was drafted into Iwagakure at the age of five. He watched his birth-parents die at the age of seven, making him very cold and apparently heartless. He secretly dreams of becomming a great shinobi and following in his fathers footsteps.
Personality
Zoharu is a calm boy who rarely shows his emotions. He knows his limits very well and makes it a strong point not to breach them. He excells in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu but cannot seem to master Genjutsu. His goal in life is to become one of the legendary Sannin.
Ninja Academy Arc
When Zoharu entered the Academy dojo for the first time he was suprised to see that only one of the shinobi in the building had potential. Of course that shinobi was Iruka, the Chuunin. He easily learned all of the graduation jutsu and immediately started on the written test, knowing that if he failed he'd punish himself severely. When Iruka handed the test back to him he simply left the academy without a word.
Genin Arc
Zoharu's first order of business as a Genin was to get assigned to his Jounin. After placing his name in the registration house he walked to the park. Once there he noticed a large building in the distance. He walked to the building and saw it was a dojo. He easily learned all of the jutsu and left again.
