This is my fitness log obviously.I've been trying to workout a bit more but I haven't been able to so I decided that my Gaia life might be able to help. I search the guild for fitness and health and voila! I am here. I decided to follow the trend and make a log and use some of the routines suggested by my peers in the guild. Starting with the Beginners Running Program from Kasey.
My main goals have always been:
~Start running again and be able to run over 5k
~Get toned upper body including mucles on arms and a minor six-pack.
~Define my leg muscles, they are there just hiding!
