This is my fitness log obviously.I've been trying to workout a bit more but I haven't been able to so I decided that my Gaia life might be able to help. I search the guild for fitness and health and voila! I am here. I decided to follow the trend and make a log and use some of the routines suggested by my peers in the guild. Starting with the Beginners Running Program from Kasey.

My main goals have always been:

~Start running again and be able to run over 5k
~Get toned upper body including mucles on arms and a minor six-pack.
~Define my leg muscles, they are there just hiding!

Week One of Beginners Running Program.
(August 17th - 24th)


This week I am supposed to incorperate small amount of running and walking joined with some stretching and weight training. When I complete a day of running (Outlined below) I will strike it through and put any additional things I did underneath.

Day 1: Run for 1m, Walk for 4m (x4)Uncompleted

Day 2: Run for 1m, Walk for 4m (x5)Uncompleted

Day 3: Run for 2m, Walk for 5m (x4)Uncompleted

August 22nd:

As you see in the post above. One of my problems with fitness programs is that I never get started. I have all the motivation I need but I just get delayed. I had 4 days off of work and was going to start on those days but I got called in twice-and being one who needs money-I went in.

I need to get over this starting block because I know the other side is the track. Though a rough track, I know that once I am on the other side there is no stopping me!

I will try again this week setting dates AND time to do each running day.
