If you are talking about the guild, I believe you have already joined. You are able to post in the boards, so I am fairly certain.

I'm the owner of the guild and kind of failed in my duties to stay active for a good while now. (I don't suppose an "I'm busy" is an acceptable excuse?)

Hey, that's ok. I totally undrestand the whole "I'm busy" thing. With school, church, extra activities, and people hogging the computer it's hard to find time to get on. The only thing I care about it being able to talk to other phantom phans. Thanks for letting us get involved.
