Yeah, if you watch the shippuden eps 1&2, Sasori mentions to Deidara that he wonders if that his bag is all that he'll need to defeat the jinchuuriki. At the top of the ep, it mentions that the Jinchuuriki are the people cursed with the tailed demons.
