Your drawings are pretty good.... but the legs on most of the people are WAY too short. It makes everyone looks chibi.
Everything else is fine.

It's nice.
Like what MonkTSM said, their legs are really short. Work a bit more on the anatomy in general. Right now, their poses seem kind of static but that can fixed easily as well.
