Alright, for extra stability, and to make sure we keep our Guild members, I shall lay down a few rules for everyone here.
And I, cynn_tao have made a few adjustments to these rules..which are really more like guidelines.
1: Please follow the Gaian ToS.
2: If you join a role-play and they state requirements, you MUST abide by those rules, along with these.
3: As with rule number 2, don't be TOO single-minded. If you have an RP that you state can only have one type of character (Only vampires, only witches, etc.), add someone who might break those rules. Single-mindedness CAN bring up chaos, and some people might quit the Guild.
4: If you join an RP, post/reply as soon as you possibly can.
5: If there is a period of time when you are not going to be able to reply just simply post that you cannot in the RP.
6: Try to the best of your ability to use correct spelling and grammar.
7: No God-moding or anything like that. You cannot make yourself uber powerful. Nor can you kill a major enemy in one post. That's not how it goes. If you post anything like that, your comment WILL be deleted.
8: Nothing sexual in any role-play. Ever.
9: Try to be creative with your title/ plot-line/ character/ enemies/ bosses/ basically anything.
10: We implore you to use various text-effects (which, by the way, rhymes). Such as, when you want your character to put a stress on a word, use the Italics. You don't have to, but it would make your posts a lot more interesting.
11: This is a HUGE one: Never take control of other people's character unless they allow you to do so. Even then, only do it occasionally, or when you want the RP to go in a specific direction.
12: If you use more than one character, try to post what they all do at the time in one single post.
13: If you take control of a character from an already-created anime, take Inuyasha, for instance, try your best to NOT bend them to your own will. Do what they would really do.
14: Have fun! Or else...

Although I have about 5 billion rasons why rule #7 not only sucks, but crushes my roleplaying spirit, I'll just run away now.

No offense to you, jamkhan, but God-Modding is just stupid and unfair to others. I know life isn't fair, but no one's going to want to rp with a person who is full of themself. If you were just joking, then I understand.

Kuro Ichigo Ookami No offense to you, jamkhan, but God-Modding is just stupid and unfair to others. I know life isn't fair, but no one's going to want to rp with a person who is full of themself. If you were just joking, then I understand. Oh, no!!! She was referring to the old rules. MonkTSM(who is now Robotcis Ninjus [spelling?]) had the rules and some people didn't like #4 and #7 so I edited some.

Hey I think we should let the rpers make their rules for their rps. As long as they stay in the rules of gaia then its ok. I mean look at some the rps here so far.....they're looking good. I made up my own with my own rules and they are reasonable. These rules just seem....unfair to others of how they rp.
All I'm saying is: LET MY PEOPLE RP FREE!!!!!! Under gaia restrictions

I still keep what I said about rule #3 elsewhere. It doesn't work that way, really.
Nobody will like a lesbian robot chipmunk pirate in a Naruto RP, I'm pretty sure of that.
Or the same in a Harry Potter RP (for even more obvious reasons, I hope.)
When an RP states the races/jobs of the world it's set in are this and that, then nope, you cannot go around making up your own races and jobs. It's a RP rule that was first thought about 20 years ago (as far as I know. Yep, people RPed 20 years ago.)
