It's year 2XXX. The government has been preforming genetic expiriments. However, these expiriments, bacteria, escape from the government lab and get all over the world. For some reason, they only infect children and young adults. These bacteria cause mutations and alterations in the infectee's body and mind. The government decides that it needs to control these 'changed' and proceed on a hush hush project to kidnap them back.
Joinees play as either normal people or changed, and can be on the government side, or the changed's side.

Description: Short for twelve and extremely pale. His eyes appear over large for his head, and usually have a mad gleam. He also is extremely boney, skeletal almost.
Style Of Dress: Black trenchcoat, black one piece suit, black boots
Personality/Outlook/Mannerisms: Mad. Totally banannas. Hell bent on killing or capturing every changed he can find, since he blames the 'rouge changed' for the years of misery he suffered. He sometimes laughs for no reason, or at things that other people would find disturbing.
Skills: hand to hand combat, ranged weapondry, rapid movement
changes: nothing obvious (for now), but can manipulate his skeletal structure, and has high speed regeneration.

Description: She quite short with long black hair and ice blue eyes that are almost white.
Style Of Dress: Bell bottom jeans and t-shirt
Personality/Outlook/Mannerisms: Happy and out-going- She's pretty Naive. Basically a toatly sweet heart unless you mess with her 'Bubby'.

Gender: M
Description: A light, sleek, agile build. His eyes are a yellow-orange color, and his slicked back hair is coal-black.
Style Of Dress: Wears loose, light clothing. Usually black with golden ornamentation.
Personality/Outlook/Mannerisms: You probably know this, but he's cool, calm, and arrogant. He never hesitates to poke fun at those he dislikes.
Skills: Has incredible reflexes, and virtually perfect vision. He's not formally trained in doing so, but he does know how to fight.
Changes: Can channel electric and electromagnetic energy. Also...(You'll see...)
Side: His own, i.e. neutral.

Description: Blonde, green eyes, thin build, pale skin, sickly
Style Of Dress: Plain, dull pastel colors, sweaters, jackets and jeans. She always dresses warmly.
Personality/Outlook/Mannerisms: Defeatist, detached, and fatalistic. She expects to die at any time, and keeps to herself. She avoids contact with anyone outside of her brother and father, and rarely leaves her house.
Skills: Basic survival, writing.
Changes (if applicable)(don't have to be all that happens to the changed): Sub-Zero body temperature, liquid nitrogen blood, control over temperature in the surrounding air, ice-producing and controlling abilities. Her body will resemble her own, though her skin and hair will be snowy white, and her eyes will be a solid ice blue without visible pupils. She will be ice cold to the touch.

(Cheaters! You're all going to gang up on Eben! crying )
A hunched figure sat in a government warehouse, staring at the wall. It was short, and painfully thin. However, despite its weak appearance, every single government worker avoided going within five feet of it. After a while, a government officer came up to the figure, keeping a safe distance away, and said "Ah, Eben? Sir? We've recived intelligence that there're several changed about to or already showing up in a city on the eastern seaboard." Before he could continue, the figure blurred and then was in front of the agent, grasping him by his lapels and raising him in the air. "Where? Where are they?!?" His eyes burned with madness as he glared at the agent. The agent gasped "They're here!" and dropped a map. The boy released the agent and seized the map. "Don't worry." He said with a cold cold smile. "I'll handle them." Eben Shade, 12 years old, walked out of the warehouse toward the car waiting for him.

Sara rested ontop of her brother's shoulders and her head rested on top of his. It had been a long day and they had just gotten off a ship, "Bub..."
Derek glanced up at her. Her black bunny ears bounced up and down as he walked. His balck pointed ear twitched, "What is it Sara?"
"Was...mom and dad mad at us?" She asked.
Derek sighed, "No...they just...don't know what's wrong. They don't want to get in trouble so they kicked us out." He smiled and looked up at her, "Don't worry I'll take care of you."
Sara smiled brightly and her little black bushy tail in the back wagged a bit.

Hane sat on his front porch, sipping a cola. He tried his best to appear aloof and uninterested in the rest of the world, and succeeded fairly well. His mind and body ached, but who had to know?

Eben's car pulled up at the town boundries. The back door of it opened and he stepped out. The car pulled away and Eben walked into town, wondering where the changed that had been reported were.

Hane casually looked Eben over with one eye. Seems awfully shady...but I suppose I have no business with him, so long as he doesn't with me.
