Rules
The basic Jist of this area is a place where the creators of clans can post the Jutsu's for their clans.
Remember if you want to make a Clan pm you're clan idea with full description to the Kage of the village you want your clan to be in
1. Make sure it's not a pwning jutsu
(don't add jutsu's that wipe out everyone in a 500 mile radius)
2. Send your made up jutsu's to the Kage of the region your clan is from. For checking before you put them up.
(If you don't and we find out you could be banned)
3. Differ the jutsu's from one anothers
(Add a different variety of Jutsu's don't make them all the same)
4. Only the creator of the Clan may post up Jutsu's
(if anyone else is found posting up Clan Jutsu's they could also be banned for this reason.)
