Introduction

Hello, and welcome to the Seven Skies, Blue Haven's first Skies of Arcadia RPG!

Now, for those of you who don't know what Skies of Arcadia is, shame on you. mrgreen

Just to briefly explain:

Skies of Arcadia takes place in a realm called...well, Arcadia. The inhabitants all live on different islands, and one uses airships to get from point A to point B. I'd also like to add...these islands float in midair. Don't ask me how or why, because I simply do not know.

Each section of Arcadia is divided into 6 areas of sky, based off of the positioning of the 6 moons:

Green: The life-giving moon (south ocean)
Red: The firey moon (east ocean)
Purple: The frozen moon (each cap)
Blue: The watery/windy moon (west ocean)
Yellow: The electric moon (north ocean)
Silver: The destiny moon (mid ocean)

On occasion, these moons will crack, and release moonstones, which are used to fuel ships, in trade, or to give weapons special attributes. They are also used in combat for specific spells.

That's the meat and potatoes of SoA.

Profiles

First, if you are interested in joining The Seven Skies, feel free to send me a PM. Please do not post your profiles in here, as I do not wish it to be cluttered. I'll save all the profiles in a word document, so if you need to make any changes, let me know. I'll also upload it on the first post when the story gets started.

Now, the contents of that PM should include your profile:

Username: (for faster look-up)
RP Name: (obvious)
Age: (keep it reasonable. We don't want a ship full of old men or babies, you know.)
Gender: (again, obvious)
Occupation: (what exactly do you do? [once the story picks up, you'll have a specific job on deck])
Location: (Mid-Ocean, Nasr, Valua, Yafutoma, Glacia, Ixa'taka) [note: More description for each area will come later]
Weapon(s): You're gonna be fighting, you know. Pseudo medieval, so guns are allowed...to an extent.
Magic: Based off of the moons. [again, more description to come later]
Description: You can either type one out, send a drawn picture, or use tektek.org. Just so I know what your character looks like.
Bio: Nothing too extravagent, but no unknown bios please.
