Finster he makes the best monsters and the best love potions whee To be serious my favorite villans are the Psyco Rangers I remember I watched thouse epoliodes on tape like 15 times when I was stuck in a snow storm.

Ooooo! That's a toughie. I like both Lord Zedd (pre-marriage) and Mesogog. Those guys knew how to be effective villains. I really can't decide between the two.

The best villain not ripped off from the Japanese is definitely Mesogog. Probably the best villains overall would be the Psycho Rangers, but they were even better in Megaranger.
