With The Last Budokai Tenkaichi game to come out this holiday season it brings with it the question of the future home of DB/Z/GT games. With the PS2 getting some of the best (and worse) games to come out in the series and Sony's consoles getting most DB/Z/GT games overall it seems only natural that the next generation of games would be on PS3, but with a lot of previously exclusive games going multi-platform or switching over to the Xbox 360 who knows how this will end up. Lets look at some of the possibilities shall we:

Next Generation:
idea Xbox 360 - Moving the games over or porting them to the 360 would be a smart move considering how many 360 are in ppl hands and how well its doing...plus I want some db/z/gt achievement pts.
idea PS3 - Continuing the series onto the ps3 would be the most likely of scenarios.

Portable:
idea PSP - its likely shin budokai will continue on the at least for the last installment (as 3 is the magic number apparently) but this could become the permanent home of db/z/gt
idea DS - even though the last attempt at doing a decent db/z/gt fighting game tanked its not completely impossible that it could see more, although highly unlikely.

Last Generation:
idea PS2 - Atari could just be very lazy and keep releasing games for the ps2 (at least it would still play on the ps3)...but it wouldn't be a wise move considering that the ps2 will be seeing considerably less action soon.
idea Wii - porting these games to the wii has worked to a certain extent already, the same way the gc was porting budokai 1/2, but would gimmicky controls be a deciding factor here?

Either way it goes I'm forced to follow, and I'll be glad to see anything at this point.
