Natural pure white hair, she used to dye it black to fit in with the rest of the Hyugas, but realized that, with her current income at the hospital, it wouldn't be enough, as the dye washed out every week. Her hair is put up like a longer version of Hinata's, like Nodoka Miyazaki's (from Mahou Sensei Negima), and Kisa Sohma's (from Fruits Basket). Her voice is pretty high up, but not quite as high as Hinata's, or Nodoka's, or Kisa's or anything. Her frame is small to average.
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 95 pounds
Strengths: Amazing at medical jutsu, also fast (but not efficient) when doing jutsu
Weaknesses: Slightly bad chakra control, clumsy, is sloppy but fast when doing jutsu
Weapons: Mostly jutsu, sometimes average ninja tools (favorite ninja tool is giant shuriken)
Bloodline Trait/Special Jutsu: Byakugan, Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, Mystical Palm Technique, Poison Extraction Technique, Gentle Fist, Secret Hidden Cloud Concealment Technique
Anything Else: Chii is tone-deaf, but has a talent in playing the flute (she just can't sing correctly). Also, because of further discouragement from seeing the talent of her sisters, and her father always scolding her, Chii has grown to have an inferiority complex.
