Teachers and Students: With the permission of Angel of Music, I have posted the new canon for a plot we will be following shortly. The story is as follows:
With the power vacuum following Lord Voldemort's death, a new Dark Lord has risen, with the secrets of Ancient Egypt behind him, he seeks new followers, ones to whom he can teach his evil craft and plant the seeds of revolution, which when matured will crack the struggling ministry and assume control of the wizarding world. He seeks students...

New Creatures:
Salagazh- A gigantic serpent, reaching lengths of 70 feet, originated from the wisdom head of a runespoor and a basilisk. Both wise and powerful, these creatures have intelligence equal to or surpassing humans. They are generally glittery-black or metallic colored, and can spray various poisons and flames from venom sacs in their mouths. These poisons and effects vary from family to family. Esrath, Illuminatus's friend, is a Salagazh. They speak parseltoungue, English, and Salacazharo.
Smoke Wraith
Little is known about these hideous creatures, but they all bear the face of death and trail thick black smoke that behaves almost like liquid shadow. They are the sentinels and assassins of Saraz.
Each person should participate and add to this plot as they wish, but should refrain from any contradictions of the aforementioned plot. Saraz will be played by Illuminatus.

You have no idea... This Saraz guy has been re-used in a lot of movies I've made. From a Sith Lord to an Agent in the Matrix to a wizard. He's had quite a varied career. (And he's demanding a raise).

Saraz is actually a character developed by my friend. It's kind of funny, since Illuminatus is usually the evildoer and Saraz is his mystic-ish lieutenant. In a recent film we made, Twilight and Shadow IV: Dark Tide, Illuminatus uses the force to rip a Jedi's life from him. He reaches out his hand and a fiery red-orange stream of life force is pulled from the target, before a tremendous explosion sends charred bones everywhere. That scene was soooo hard.
We had to borrow a skeleton from biology, disassemble it, paint it with washable paint so that it looked charred, and then stand off camera with the skeleton in a blanket held by four of my friends, and when the cue came (the explosion and beam were later overlayed from an effects program), my friends threw the bones using the blanket so that they rained down everywhere. And we did this all for five different takes. Then we had to wash the paint off and spend a further three hours figuring out how the hell it went back together. It was a good scene though. Turning Illuminatus into a good guy is probably the most difficult bit of RP work I've done. And still trying to keep his mannerisms and quirks is even harder.

But, Illuminatus is a Slytherin, he doesn't need to be that good.
And the movie... It sounds cool.

That's exactly why he's a Slytherin. He can be downright evil at some times, but the opportunity hasn't arisen yet. And yeah, the movie was very cool, but unfortunately a computer error caused my entire disc to be wiped of filmmaking achievements. As such, I back up my stuff on DVD's, and my friend has the DVD and has buried it somewhere in that labyrinth she calls a room. So no youtube until we find it. But if we do, I'll post it on youtube.
