Ok, I'm a thief and I notice higher ranking thiefs walking around with some sort of headband, what is that called and how do you get it, its not a cash item is it?

Thats not very descriptive, but you may be thinking of an Identity, the lvl60 theif hat, It has a metal plate on the front kinda like the naruto headband thingys. Other than that I cant think of any headbands :/
