I'm doing a triangle thing with my workouts to help me loose weight faster (I want to lose at least 15 lbs. by next month, or more), and this is my current schedule.

This is how my weekly workout is:

Monday:
Walk Away the pounds 1 mile workout
Budokon
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile workout
8-minute ab workout
Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile

Tuesday:
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile Workout
Budokon
Walk away the pounds 4 mile walk/jog
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile.

Wednesday:
Walk Away the lbs. 2 mile workout
Walk away the lbs. 4 mile walk/jog
Budokon
Walk Away The Pounds 1 mile
Walk away the Pounds 2 mile
Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile.
John Baedow fat loss workout (this workout involves weights, and since I do not want to gain any muscle I only include this into the workout every other week (or every two weeks))
(these are done in the afternoon)
Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile walk/job
Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile workout


Thursday and Friday are identical to Tuesday and Monday respectively, and I also do the two mile walk before I go to bed, and on some days I'll do extra running on the Gazelle, typically after I eat.

YOu should have some resting days between each. Maybe if you did Mon and Tues then REST on WEd, do you triangle peak on Thursday, Rest on Friday and continue with Saturday and sSunday.

ALso, you may find your self ina bit of pain if you aren't used to working out like this. It isn't my body so I can't really comment.

That is a hell of a lot of exercise. Can you honestly cope with that?

I would recommend you relook at your workout, ease it up a bit and maybe take a rest day too or vary your workout

That is just way too much exercise I believe your suppose to walk an average 5miles a week or sumthing, this is like around 16 miles a week.(im guessing) Ease up a bit. found a great way to drop pounds is in the morning before you eat anything. Your body hasnt eaten in about 8 hours(you were sleeping). So the only alternative fuel is fat. It is said you burn 300X more calories and fat cells before eating in the morning then any other time of the day. So that is what i do. And im not saying miss out on breakfast just do maybe 15-30min exercise after waking up. Then eat.
It worked for me and I have seen great results for my muscles. Dont forget to get resting day in that routine of yours either.

Thats just my tip...
