Ok there are only a few rules to play by.
arrow You must have an accepted character sheet for Naruto.
arrow No God Moding at all. unless it is something along the lines of a Jounin against an Academy Student. No academy student is that special.
arrow If you die, That character is dead, and you have to make a new one.
