It came from the "What you will never hear on Teen Titans" thread, it is Raven''s adventure at hogwarts! After I started this phenomenon people started telling me to make a fic outta this, so I am but not without the help of everyone else. After someone else posts you can add to the story by posting your own contribution, but just a few guidelines. Stay in the style, keep continuinty in mind, and no 1337 speek or emoticons.

In a mysterious school in a location few have heard of, there was an old man with a long white beard looking into a crystal ball. "Recruting new students I see." A younger woman said to the man. "Yes, and I think I found a most notable one." He said as he truned back to his ball which pictured a young girl in a dark cloak.

It wasnt a strange morning at Titans Tower by any means. Except for the fact that there was an owl perched just outside of the doorway. A few moments later a girl in a dark cloak and with purple hair steped out to get the daily mail just outside the main entrance. Her name was Raven, She is the daugter of a powerful interdementional demon but she is not in the least bit evil. She noticed the owl looking at her and glared at it for a minuet seeing if it would go away; it didnt so she just went inside and went up the elevator to the the living room of the enourmus tower.

"Mail call." the girl shouted and all of the attention of the other four heros was on her. "Robin, mail." She called. "Cool must be that check I asked Bruce for." A boy in a red, yellow and green costume answered and took the mail from her. His name was robin and he was the leader of a superhero team called the Teen Titans. "Star, letter for you." She said waving a letter in her hand. "Wonderful! It must be a letter from my K''norfka back on Tamaran." Answered another girl who was quite tall and was a very light shade of orange. Her name was Starfire and just so happened to be an alien and a very valued member of the team. "Beast boy, catch." She said throwing a magazine across the room. "Awsome! my new game magazine came in." Said a green boy in a black and purple costume. His name was Beast boy, and due to an accident in his past he can change into any animal alive or dead; it also turned his skin a shade of green. "Cyborge, heres some for you." She said placing some more mail on a table. "Great, oh wait it''s just bills." Said a robotic man. He was called Cyborge, and he was second in command at the tower, due to an accident in his youth he had to be put back together with military grade robotic parts. "And one for m-" Raven said to herself and was interupted by the shock at what the letter was. "What is it?" Robin asked. "Is it a threat from a villian?" "No." She answered. "Creepy fan mail?" Beast boy asked her. "No." She answered again. "The letter chain?" Starfire asked. "No." Raven answered again. "Then what is it?" Cyborge finally asked. "I just got accepted into Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry." Raven awkwardly answered much to the shock of everyone.

All of the other Titans looked at Raven in shock and questioning. BB was the first to speak up. "What the heck is hogwart''s school of witchcraft and wizardry?" Raven shrugged nonchalantly, and said in her ususal monotone, "I haven''t the slightest idea, but I got accepted to it." Raven looked at the letter for a few seconds, before Robin said, with caution in his voice, "well, if you want to go, I''m sure we could survive without you for a little while." Raven looked at him with an incredulous look on her face, and raised her eyebrow as she nodded.

"yes, I think I will go. I need to use up my vacation anyway."

"Well? What does the letter say?" Beast boy asked a little impatiently. Raven nodded and open the rest of the letter and read aloud " Dear Ms. Raven," She read "We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September first. We await your owl by no later than July thirty first. Yours sincerely, Minerva McGonagal, Deputy Headmistress." Everyone stared questionally at the letter and the list that came with it. "Could it be a hoax?" Robin asked. "Looks official enough to me." Beast boy answered. "I think it might be," Raven said "Mayby it is a trick by a villian. It certianlly sounds like something Controll Freak or Mad Mod would do." "So your not going?" Robin asked. Raven thought about this for some time and finally answered. "No." And with that she threw away the letter and list and went about her day.

Robin rose slowly after Raven began to leave. He picked up the letter and read it to himself. "Raven?" She paused waiting for boy wonder to finish his inquiry, "So your not going to even see if this is real or not?"

Raven stood there, staring at the cold steel doorway opposing her, calculating in her mind each plausible scenario of what this letter might result in. A trap by some villain did seem a tad overboard; then again Slade was known for implementing the strangest methods against the Titans. Perhaps it were true, what would it bring to her then? What could Raven possibly hope to gain from this "school" for magic arts? How long would such a trip last? She chose against it once more refuting the validity of the letter as her reasoning.

"Its probably some simple prank by some kid smart enough to make it seem validated, but dumb enough to even make such a letter in the first place."

The other Titans sat in silence as she made her final bout against the letter. It was official; Raven chose to disregard it. Beyond Raven''s sight, though, an Owl lurked peering down into the scene in the tower. Unnoticed by the teenagers.

Raven left her teammates, as well as her aceptance letter, in the main room. She entered her own dark room and took a seat, crosslegged, on her bed. She picked up a slim black book from her night table and opened to the page where a folded piece of paper was sticking out. The story was fascinating. It was, as expected, a horror novel, and boy was it a good one. In this particular tale of mystery and macabre, a killer, known oddly enough as The Raven, would send out his black ravens to tap upon the window of victim''s bedrooms. When they were distracted with the bird, he would sneak into the room and throw a knife into whatever body part he so desired, all the while chanting "Nevermore." A small shiver ran up the young witch''s spine as she became engulfed in her words. And then...

Tap Tap Tap

Raven dropped her book onto the bed as her eyes darted to the window. She could see a shadow through her curtains and her eyes grew wide. A verse from her favorite poem snuck into her mind as she stood up cautiously, throwing a backwards glance at the door every now and then as she approached the windows.

"''Tis some visitor," I muttered. "tapping at my chamber door.
Only this and nothing more."

She lifted her hand, her eyes narrowed as she pulled back the curtain. She nearly screamed as she saw a flurry of feathers in front of the window''s glass. It took her a moment to realize it wasn''t a raven, but a small tawny owl. She carefully opened the window and allowed the bird entrance, watching as it hopped into her room and perched on her bed, holding out its leg. On it, a letter was tied. Raven took the envelope and shooed the bird away-it looked a bit angry that it hadn''t been given a treat before Raven closed the glass behind it, though she kept her curtains open.

She sat on her black comforter and opened the envelope, noticing the wax seal immediately. She figured it was some niotice expressing their regret that she decided not to join or something, but when she read the first few lines, she realized what it was. "Another invitation." She looked up and around her room, which was still dim despite the few rays of light pouring in from the setting sun. "Well I told you, I''m not interested." Whoever you are. She crumpled the letter up and tossed it into her wastebasket before quickly exiting her room, making sure there was nobody with a knife hiding in a dark corner.

Returning to the main room she sat back down and thought.
''Why is this happening? It can''t be a prank, can it ? If it is, it''s certainly a very good one.''
Robin looked at her, her face ws crumpled in deep thought, much more than usual.
"You okay Raven?" he asked tentatively.
Her head snapped up and she looked at him with a wary smile.
"Of course Robin. Why wouldn''t it be?"
Thrown into defensive he quickly replied ,
"Oh no reason."
After that an awkward silence hung in the room like thick smoke, and Starfire (being as optimistic as usual) decided to break it.
"Friend Beastboy, come and see what marvellous things I have bought for Silky!" walking out of the room dragging him with her.
"I''m gunna...uh.....go on a drive ... yeah..take the the T-car out for a little spin" Cyborg announced , clearly wanting out of the weird situation leaving Raven and Robin alone. Raven''s face, Robin noticed, was lost in thought again and he knew there would be no chance to snap her out of it, but he tried to squeeze a response out of her.
"Are you sure you''re alright? You look a little... tense."
"I''m fine."
There was a beat.
"Ok then, if you sure you''re alright. You know if you have a problem you can always-"
"-Go to you. I know. Thanks."
He sighed and left to join Starfire and Beastboy in the viewing of materials and objects that Star had bought in vain for their strange pet. Raven , however, knew what she was going to do about the letters...

Over the next three days, owls arrived ever two hours to deliver the same letter. Raven was now keeping them stuffed in the same chest that kept Malchior's book. Every morning, she sat up in bed and yelled, "I'm not coming!" to whoever was sending her the letters, hoping they could or would listen.

When the chest was full to bursting of the same piece of parchment, Raven decided it was time. That night, she levitated the chest outside and lit it on fire, letters, book, and all.

Raven had tried to keep the excursion a secret, but Beast Boy chose that moment to come down for a midnight snack. He heard the roar of the flames and decided to investigate.

"Raven? What the hell are you doing?"

She nearly had a heart attack as he raced up behind her. "Don't you ever sneak up on me like that!" She turned to give him a swift glare, but kept her eyes on her flaming box.

The changeling crossed his arms. "Are all those letters in there?"

"Yes," replied she without moving.

"So that's the end of them?"

Raven hesitated in answering. Knock on wood... "It better be."

The morning after burning the letters she awoke to her room looking around expecting to find someting out of the usual, but didnt. She opened the windows expecting to find an owl or two waiting for her with a letter in it's beak, but there was none there. She raced over to the living room expecting to see a pile of letters sitting in the middle of the room, but there still were none. She let out a sigh of relief 'He finnally stoped' she thought as she went to get breakfast.
"So," Beast boy said after taking a bite out of his non dariy waffle. "did it work?" Raven stared at the counter for a little bit before answering him. "I think so." is all she said.

The day went on normaly enough for the titans as they stopped Overload from terrorizing a convention center and The Hive Five from robbing a bank. During the day Raven kept her eye out for any owl with a letter for her, but there were none to be found, and she was happy for that. Later that night it decided to storm and Beast boy was very happy that it did because he had a movie that he saved for a night like this.
"Dudes and dudets," He announced to the others. "it has come to my attention that tonight it is storming out and that gives the perfect ambiance for my movie tonight, The House On Horror Hill." Starfire hid behind the couch at the mere title of the movie.
"I do not think I will like the movie." She said from behind the couch.
"Dont worry Star," Robin said, jumping over the back of the couch. "Its just a movie."
"So was the 'Wicked Scary'" She said coming back from behind the couch.
"Dude put it on." Cyborg said and Beast boy abliged by poping in the DVD. The movie went on for an hour and Starfire was already hiding behind a pillow by that time. The movie was about to reach its climax when a bolt of lightning struck and the power went off in the tower.
"Dude!" Beast boy complained. "What a rip."
"Dont worry the backup geneator should kick in anytime." Cyborg said flipping on his sholder light. All of the titans sat in silence with only the sound of rain hitting the window awaiting for the power to come back on.
"Umm," Beast boy said. "nothing's happening."
"I dont understand it," Cyborg exclaimed. "The backup should be on by now."
"Well something is working!" Beastboy said pointing to the elevator which was in fact working on its own. Robin ordered the titans to get ready at the door for whoever it was.

The elevator stopped at top floor and it opened in darkness. The titans couldnt see who their inturder was and none of them acted when the doors opened, and they were actually in fear when the shawdowy figure stepped out and cyborg's light went out. For what seemed the longest time, the titans couldnt see what their intruder looked like, but a strike of lightning revealed that mystery by showing the face of figure. He was tall with black hair that reached his neck and was wrapped in a dark rain soaked cloak, but the feature that stopped the titans dead in their tracks was his face that was twisted into a scowl that the titans have never seen before and ever scince. Robin was the first to speak up "W-who are you and why are you here?" He said to the man. The stranger only pulled out something from his side and gave it a flick which resulted in end of it lighting up and iluminating the man and the titans. It was then that they found out that it was a wand and it was then that the man actually spoke.
"My name," the man said in his deep voice. "Is Severus Snape, Profesor of potions and head of Slytherin house at Hogwarts, and Im here to deliver something." He reached in his cloak and pulled out a letter and presented it to Raven. "Why Dumbuldor ordered me to hand deliver this letter to a stubborn student like you, I will never know. I say the less students the better." Raven opened the letter to find it said the same thing and this time she knew it to be true.

Raven stared at the letter for a few minutes before speaking. "Fine, so this isn't a hoax. But what makes you think I'd want to go to your stupid school anyway. No. I'm needed here. Sorry, but no thanks." She said, handing him back the letter. After all, she couldn't see any reason for leaving her friends to attend some obscure school of magic somewhere in England. She'd learned all she really needed to know about magic already from Azar, and if she ever was unsure of something, she had her books. There really was no reason to go. And her friends needed her, she couldn't just abandon her team on a whim and go attend this stupid school. But Snape broke in on her revelry. "Yes. Dumbledore informed me that your answer might be something of that sort. He also informed that , should that circumstance arise, I am to give you this letter, which he asks you to read privately, and to tell you also that your", he looked around the room at the other Titans, looking like he was about to vomit and with an unparallelled look of hate and disgust on his face, "that your friends may join you at the school as well, if you should so wish." "But I still don't-" "Raven, I think it's a good idea. I mean, we might as well see why they want you to come to this school so much. I'd say yes. But before you make your final desicion Raven, go read that letter." "But..I don't see the point.." "Raven. Go." "Fine."

Raven grudgingly took the letter and went to her room to read it. It was pointless to argue with Robin anyway- she knew if she didn't go read it, he'd probably just tell Snape she'd be attending anyway. She might as well at least see if this letter told her why she had to go to this pointless school. She sat on her bed and opened it, reading it slowly, then re-reading it. Finally, she burned the letter, as the post script directed her to do, and came back down the stairs. "Fine. I'll go to your pathetic school." She said immediately to Snape. Everyobody stared at her, in shock. How could that one letter have broken through her stubborness so quickly? "Yo, dude! What the hell was in that letter?!" "None of your business. Snape, tell Dumbledore I'll be there, and that my friends are coming with me. Now I'm going to bed. I have a lot to do tomorrow." "Very well, I'll tell him. I'm sure he'll be quite happy to hear that you've changed your mind- though I certainly can't understand why he would ever value a little Mudblood like you, or want any of you at Hogwarts tarnishing it's good name. Goodbye." With that, Snape left the same way he had come, and the lights and other Tower systems immediately began to work again. Raven imeediately went to bed, snce the next day she would have to go out and buy all of her school supplies, while the other Titans stood there for a few minutes staring after Snape, then began to talk excitedly about the strange occurances of the night, not being able to sleep at all for their excitement.

The next morning, Raven was in her room, wrapped up in the covers of her bed. She was dreaming that she was in a cave, with her friends, fighting what seemed to be a giant snake, a dark haired boy was about to pull something from his hat, "Raven!" Beast Boy yelled behind her door, ending the dream in a flash "C'mon, we're gonna go get the Hogwarts supplies!". Raven sat up on her bed, lay her feet on the floor, filling her shoes with them as they lowered. She grabbed her cloak from a hook next to her door, and put it on. Meanwhile downstairs, in the living room of the tower, Cyborg and Beast Boy where making sandwiches, Cyborg's consisted of ham and bread, and Beast Boy's where to-fu of course. "Hey Raven, wanna to-fu sandwich?" asked Beast Boy as Raven entered. "Man, nobody wants to-fu!" argued Cyborg, "Oh yeah, we'll see about that. Raven, take your pick, tasty nutricious to-fu, or smelly old ham?" Raven grabbed a ham sandwich without hesitation. "What's takin' Star so long?" asked Beast Boy as his patience drained. "Greetings friends," yelled the unmistakeable voice of the tameranean red headed girl, "I am prepard for our journey! Do you notice any difference in my appearance?" asked starfire with eyelashes fanning. "Um, no not really..." replied Robin, reading from the Jump City Weekly. "I am wearing three percent more make up than previously!" "Yeah, it shows..." said Raven in a sarcastic tone. "Well, that's everyone! Let's go!" said Cyborg with cheer.

((Crossover is cool when done properly, but this isn't done well. No offense, but you have grammar issues right and left, and your first post is only two paragraphs. Plus, I don't think Teen Titans could cross over well with Harry Potter.

Now, Invader Zim meets PotC...that could happen (really long story).))

yeah, but this first appeared in the thread, 'what will never happen on Teen Titans.'

That is why we made it, so it could tell something that could never happen. And wouldn't really end up too well, either.

[You know when you pass a bloody car accident, it's tragic and horrible and disturbing in every which way, but you just have to keep looking at it?

That's basically why I'm here in this thread.]

I never knew what's the difference between a sticky post and normal post.
